To help clarify what happened with your order, we would like to explain the shipping details: To ensure you wouldn't have to wait for your entire order, we split your package into two shipments so you could receive the available item as quickly as possible. We are so sorry for the unexpected delay on the second item and for not communicating this clearly enough to you. Regarding the $46.33 fee, please rest assured that no shipping fees were charged by us for your order. This specific amount was a local customs duty/tax assessed directly by your country's border control upon import, which is regulated by international customs laws and unfortunately outside of our control to waive. We also sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the shade mismatch on the recommended item. We completely understand how vital getting the right color is for your hair!
