I saw an ad for Good RX that stated the medicine that I was needing would be $38 for a months supply. So, I signed up hoping to take advantage of the pricing from Good RX. I submitted my prescription at the pharmacy they recommended, only to be informed that the price would be $135. I called Good Rx and hoped that this was a mistake. After two phone calls to Good RX, nothing changed. Price remained at $135. However, they did apologize for my inconvenience. Their ads are totally misleading. I cancelled my membership.

This was so easy and fast! My last experience with another site was painful, so I wasn't looking forward to this one. I was pleasantly surprised! The sign up process and question/answer portion was very easy. I finished it, uploaded my prescriptions, paid for the visit, and waited to be called. The doctor responded in under 2 minutes! My prescriptions were sent to me almost immediately for me to send to my pharmacy. Great Experience! Will definitely use again!

I too got the 'bait and switch' by goodrx! I filled a prescription in January. I was told that the price would be $366 if I signed up. So, I signed up for goodrx gold and $5.99/mo. I just went back to fill the same prescription. The price with my goodrx discount was now $800+ which didn't match the $612.44 that was shown on my goodrx app. I called the goodrx help line and after waiting nearly an hour, CVS honored the $612 price. There seems to be poor communication all the way around. I'd like to know what happened to make the price go from $366 to $612 and why the app shows one price and CVS charges another.

Went to our CVS in El Paso Texas to get a ivermectin script. The retail price $144. With a cigna medicare card the price was $121. With the goodrx card the price dropped to $23. I am a goodrx raving fan!

I've been prescribed oral contraceptives for years from my regular care practitioners who have stated there would be no problems(and there haven't been), but I was unable to get them through this service. The first practitioner that talked to me was extremely unprofessional and the first question they asked me was if I'd had genital mutilation? Before even really introducing themselves. Finally, the prescription they issued me hasn't been filled as my pharmacy said they needed to contact the prescribing physician and your team hasn't responded yet. So I'm left without a prescription days after I tried this. I will be telling my friends to avoid this service. I'm extremely dissatisfied.

Something that could be so easy made so complicated. How about a driver's license picture on file rather than numerous attempts to take a picture with your computer camera...of course it is to blury, it is from my laptop camera....no upload option (I can scan it or drag and drop...but no that is not an option)...every time it is the same thing. It is fast to go to your doctor than wait an hour for an IM reply over and over again over a drivers license photo.

I do not have prescription drug coverage. I have been using GoodRx for many years and have saved thousands of dollars. There are now several companies that offer discount drug coupons but I have found GoodRx to be the lowest cost most of the time. I have tried others and the pharmacies did not honor the coupons. I recall only 1 time that the price on the coupon was not honored and I believe that was the Pharmacy, not GoodRx. I just filled an prescription today. It cost $8.94. Retail cost would have been $29.49. This is typical. An extreme was another Rx that cost me $52.08. Retail was $4804.99. (This is not a mistake). I would not have gotten that Rx at even 10% of the retail price. Drug pricing is one of the most opaque pricing of any consumer product. Instead of having the doctors call in the Rx, I get a written script and use GoodRx to find the best price. It is rarely at the same pharmacy. In full disclosure, I have been so happy with the pricing and ease of use of their app that I have bought stock in the company

Used at Walmart , a prescription for the mini pill which I’m not even sure I’ll take was $213 before using the coupon was $49 afterwards .. it is a huge difference and saved me a ton... first time to use it but won’t be the last time!
