If I could talk to someone they were great. The Wegovy pill didn't work for me and your alternatives were too expensive.

I have usually had a good experience with GoodRx. But the home delivery for my glp1 is less than stellar. My delivery got lost by UPS and I called GoodRx to get a replacement. They told me that I needed to file a claim with UPS and share the response back to GoodRx before they can send the replacement. I would expect the provider to handle this for me.

This rating is reflective of GoodRX for their Weightloss/GLP1 services specifically. I found the service lacking compared to other options on the market. I had one incident where my medication order was not fulfilled and getting that resolved was a huge pain and resulted in me missing some of the medication regimen. Doing the monthly check-in was repetitive and felt archaic. I also felt that I did not have easy and quick access to the care team often finding it difficult to connect with someone outside of my monthly check-in window. I was able to obtain the treatment needed a bit easier than other services but ended up moving away from GoodRx for weightloss services due to lack of results and the ongoing high cost.

Good RX is pretty great. But now I have been gaining weight instead of losing. Eating the same but I think I probably need to go up on my dose. I asked to go up a while back but they said no . I'm paying $349 a month which is a lot for me. Any how they are still a great RX.

I have paid monthly for the service; however, due to my pharmacy, I have gone weeks without the product. Even when I expressed that it takes about 2-3 weeks to get the product, they keep saying, comeback at a later time. Well, then you bill be at a later time.
