I just had a prescription fulfilled using the GoodRx coupon at my local HEB pharmacy here in South Texas on 8/24/21. I was very skeptical that it would go smoothly and be an accurate price, but sure enough the pharmacy easily accepted it. I actually paid less than the coupon price. GoodRx coupon said the cost was $15.73. Actual cost out of pocket was $15.58. I couldn't be happier with the whole GoodRx experience. Whole process from the time I started my online account creation with GoodRx to prescription in my hand took about 2 hours. Really amazing. Super fantastic price and service! I felt compelled to write a positive review. A+

This app clearly shows a significant discount at my pharmacy- pharmacy says they to told them tge app is wrong. Talked to GoodRx and they say tge app is wrong - if u advertise a price you should give the discount period. GoodRx told me to try to transfer my script - the app says the discounted price at many- but now i have to try other pharmacies one by one. If u advertise a price iou should honor it ! Furious

I have been trying to get my money back from Goodrx. I never finished my online registration ended up going to urgent care instead never talked or chatted with anyone. Called several numbers but they tell me it's a different part of Goodrx and cannot help.

My husband just spent 10 days in the hospital, 4 in an induced coma on a respirator. He came home after suffering low oxygen saturation for a prolonged period, the Dr prescribed many medications one at a cost of over $1200. a month ...after a discussion with the Dr he changed the medication and changed the script. 2 weeks after it was canceled my husband received a phone call stating that the Dr called and ordered this medication and that he needed it, being somewhat unaware my husband paid the copay of $140. (On a fixed income). Well the medication arrived, temperature sensitive yesterday, monday, the cold packs inside the carton were not frozen,and the internal temperature in the box had to be over 100 degrees-we live in Florida and it is august- within 10 minutes of arrival he called Good rx .....the response......oh its still good, it can withstand being over temp for 72 hrs. My husband called his pulmonologist to find out if he should continue with his other meds. and explained what happened to the medication....if it was safe? Absolutely Not....it has been compromised and that he had cancelled that script prior to our call to him so he didn't understand why they called. In the end they will not refund the cost, take the medication back and told us to throw it away. It was a good thing that my husband didn't use it along with the other medications, because it could kill him. In hindsight I almost believe this was a representatives way of getting a sale, DISGRACEFUL!!!!!!!!

I had a UTI. It was quick and easy to set up and get ahold of someone. I didn't actually have to talk to anyone it was through chat.I paid 39 for a one time fee which isn't bad since I don't have insurance. With the coupon my prescription was only around $12. It was a good experience overall highly recommend it.

I signed up and answered all their questions. They make you give your credit card info before completing their service. Then, they put you on a waitlist. You cannot hang up or you lose your place in line. There is no option for a call back. My message said the average wait was 10 minutes. After 45 minutes, I gave up & hung up. Now I need to see if they charge me for delivering no service. Guess this idea was too good to be true. Update: I called back, and did other things around the house while waiting. When a practitioner finally got on the line after 2 1/2 hours later, it scared me bc I had forgotten I was still on hold! It cost me extra $ in data for the month on my phone plan. Once I actually spoke to a practitioner, the service was efficient and good. I wouldn’t use this service unless I was in dire need. If you can wait until Monday to see your own PCP, I would.

I just want to leave a caution for anyone looking to use GoodRx. It is convenient, and in some cases you can find prescriptions for much less than you would pay without this service. However, be sure that you are paying for your telehealth visit and not for a prescription refill on goodrx prescription site. Jumping through the hoops for a $19 refund is not worth the level of stress for someone experiencing depression and anxiety. I'm willing to let them have that just to save my peace of mind, but I'm also cautioning people to double check which service you are using. Otherwise fairly decent, but could use a little more transparency for consumers.

I have had a absolute NIGHTMARE recently trying to find a new company for birth control after my previous one raised their prices through the roof. Saw GoodRx listed and thought, what the heck, why not. I signed up, answered a few questions, paid the $20 consultation fee, which I admit made me wary as consultation fees never end well but I was desperate. I have never been happier to be wrong in my life! After a quick chat with a medical professional, literally less than 15 minutes, I was picking a pharmacy to have my prescription filled at for same day pick up!!! And for the cherry on top, they offered to check if there was coupons for the type of birth control I was prescribed. I ended up paying $33 for 3 months of my prescription, as opposed to the $70 I had paid before!! The whole process, from signing up to having my prescription filled, took less than an hour. Absolute dream of a company.
