It would be helpful if there was some kind of notice of discounts expiring or immediate price changes. I had a couple problems with the reordering process the last 2 months when the review process wasn’t saved and I had to complete it multiple times which lead to 2 months of no weight loss progress. But overall a better than average experience.

I have found the website easy to use, and the nurses I have spoken to are knowledgeable and helpful. I am taking a GLP-1 pill, and I wish it would go back to the original price.

Great company and easy to work with app. My only complaint is that the medication cost went up two months in and I wasn’t aware of this until it happened.
