I just used GOODRX for the first time today. I didn’t believe it was legit until I went to get my prescription which would’ve cost me over $66. I asked the pharmacist if I could use GOODRX instead of my insurance and she said sure. I ended up paying $12.98!!!!

I had a problem with my card not working and called customer service. Maria was very pleasant and professional with my problem. She fixed the problem. The best thing was there was a voice to talk to when you call. Thank you for solving my problem. Not to mention you saved me 250.00 dollars on my script. Mark Holiday

Harris Teeter listed a price of $15.20 for a medication that I needed to buy. I had my doctor call the prescription into the Harris Teeter pharmacy based on the price quoted on GoodRX. When I picked up the prescription at Harris Teeter I was told that their system would not accept the GoodRX numbers, and I was charged almost twice as much.

I wish I can give more than 5 stars. GoodRX saves a lot of money for uninsured people. While having the best customer service ever. Today Ajay helped me greatly. He was very professional and very courteous. Thank you GoodRx very much.

I'm giving one star because I can't give last, I had my consultation started at 6:50 and 8:30y husband went to get my prescription at the farmacy, and they never found anything, very upsetting because they charged me right a way... Not recommend at all...

I tried the Good RX care where you see a doctor online. It's been going on 2 1/2 hours so far and I'm not getting to speak with a doctor yet. I've used several online doctors and have always been satisfied with the outcome. These guys are the biggest joke for online doctors. When you call their number you can not speak with anybody there either. I hope and I can get my money back they charged me for nothing. Will never try them again and would not recommend to anybody under any circumstance. DO NOT attempt to use them. Very frustrating and a big waste of time.

The price in the GoodRX app for my prescription at Walgreens was $42.10. I have a screenshot. So I had my doctor call it in, only to discover the price at Walgreens WITH the GoodRX coupon is $89. I spent 50 minutes on hold to find this out. Now I have to transfer it to another pharmacy. You have wasted a ton of my time. F-

GoodRX claims that their coupons can be used instead of insurance. That is incorrect. Some GoodRX coupons have restrictions which include having insurance. The advertisement is misleading and should be changed.
