Awful! Terrible platform and customer service!
Sheri V.
Ive had multiple purchases with no issues. That changed this month. I had an autoship, I say had because I've been trying to cancel it, as I've been charged 3 separate times for an order I've not received, with 3 different costs! It's over $400 in total now. I've called their 800# trying to rrsolve the problem. I have been disconnected 3x and today found another new charge pending for 10/19. Unfortunately it doesn't feel good to save $$ on a script when I don't receive it and am now having to cancel my cards as they billed both accounts for different amounts in October. Then to be disconnected multiple times with no callback, while they were looking for further info is not good customer service. How can I ensure auto billing/shipping is stopped for good? And how do I have the funds returned? My bank has suggested I write this review while their investigation is being done.

I never leave bad reviews, but I’m completely baffled with my experience. I unfortunately will no longer be using GoodRx Care for virtual appointments. I had a terrible experience with the nurse practitioner I was assigned with, Ryan Fuson. He was extremely rude, and I felt he didn’t listen to my concerns. He was rude to me from the very beginning of my appointment. He started off by saying “tell me what’s going on” to which I responded with “I think I have a sinus infection, and I would like to be prescribed an antibiotic” this is when he became extremely rude. He said “no, that’s not how this works. You need to tell me your symptoms, and I will diagnose you, you cannot self diagnose” which I wasn’t trying to do, I just told him what I thought was wrong with me. I’ve had sinus infections all my life, I know how my body reacts when I have one. I’m very prone to them. I understand I’m not the doctor, but I know my body. He seemed to brush everything I said off, and said I just have a virus and all he can prescribe is a nasal spray. There’s a lot more to the story, but the bottom line is, this man was extremely rude, and shouldn’t treat patients the way he treated me. He accused me of not respecting his “expert opinion”, which I feel is untrue. I was just trying to explain my symptoms, and how I feel I have a sinus infection rather than a virus. I have never dealt with a healthcare provider that has been so extremely rude. I do appreciate Good Rx customer service, as I filed a complaint and they processed a refund.

I did a virtual visit & did not receive a prescription at all. I told where to send the prescription however it was not sent ever. My pharmacist said this is very common with virtual visits. My money was paid for service yet never received good care for my health.

DO NOT USE GOODRX CARE FOR URGENT NEEDS. I used GoodRx Care for a painful UTI. I needed to update my pharmacy location, which their system said could be done via chat. However, I was stuck in a useless chat bot loop for over 2 hours. After driving to the pharmacy and spending another hour on hold, I finally got a live agent who admitted they just saw my 4-hour-old request. Because of this 4-hour delay, my infection severely worsened to the point of bleeding (hematuria), forcing me to rush to an in-person Urgent Care clinic. Complete negligence and broken support. I will be disputing the charge with my bank.

We understand your frustrations and appreciate your patience, Kim! Our GoodRx Care message center is not a live chat. Bought a Companion subscription. The store could not accept the card as the information given (all the numbers) did not match the script. Script said a number of 30 to be dispensed and when the GoodRx info was entered it came up as a number of 150 to be dispensed! The issue could not be fixed by the call center and I cancelled the Companion. Was told it would be immediate then I got an email saying it would be cancelled at the end of the billing cycle. Ummmm there was a 7 day free trial which GoodRx failed miserably. Now on hold for the 3rd time to try to fix the issue!

I researched and downloaded a price using Good Rx for estradiol. Good Rx coupon said $135 at CVS pharmacy. When I attempted to redeem the coupon, CVS said they couldn't fill the prescription and wanted almost $1000. Gross negligence if not borderline fraud.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Worse than useless. Wasted an entire day waiting for a call from them after paying $49. Just needed a prescription refill, simple and easy. Would not respond. Waste of time, they also do not protect your personal health records and will apparently sell your health history to Facebook and Meta.
