The doctor gave me a prescription for my condition but did not read my message obviously. Also the pharmacy I wanted refused to process it. I wound up going to the hospital for a crummy UTI. If you're sick go to the hospital. Don't use this s***.

Great service in the past when it was heydoctor.com. The price has jumped so high I can’t do it anymore.. in a short period of time, the doc visit rose from $20 to $30 now it’s $50. And they try to sell a monthly membership to get the old prices.

Hello there, thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. We update the prices for our services periodically, sometimes to better reflect the cost of providing that service. We apologize for any inconvenience. We try to keep the cost as affordable as possible!

Great option in a pinch (or on a weekend)
I just used GoodRx Care for the first time; it was also my first time using telehealth that was not with my PCP. (It’s a Saturday; my only option for getting a script for a UTI was to either wait until Monday or visit an urgent care in Covidtown, Ohio.)
I opted to try GoodRx Care. It was easy enough to start the whole process, but mid-way through the questionnaire, my browser (Safari) would not let me get past question 7 or 8 before completely hosing (more than once). I ended up logging in through Chrome and the GoodRx system thankfully “remembered” that I was in the process of starting an appointment and gave me a link to continue it in that browser instead. After that, all was fine.
Once my info was submitted and the $39 payment was made, I was taken to a page with text messaging. It only took about 5 minutes (if that) before a nurse practitioner was in the “room” and going over my symptoms and medical history. She sent me a link for the prescription I needed, I clicked on it and selected my normal pharmacy as the destination, and that was it — my script was filled within an hour.
Overall, I’m really happy with the service, its speed, and its convenience. For situations like this where the diagnosis is “easy” (I already knew I had a UTI) but getting in to see a doctor is a challenge, GoodRx Care is a great alternative. Especially when the only other option would have been walking into an urgent care facility in the middle of a pandemic, or waiting two days to see my PCP.

Had an appointment at 1pm with doc…
Did have an issue with the prescription not being sent but they did work to get it corrected. I would use them again because the process was very easy. Just a little flub but they did find another provider to send in the prescription.

I recently received a prescription that…
I recently received a prescription that included 3 pills that I am not privy to taking that had S5500 on them. I contacted GoodRX to remedy the problem. Unfortunately, down the food chain, I was contacted by a terrible vanilla cupcake. This despondent individual wanted me to contact a pharmacy that I have not had any direct communications with. In her messages, she used the phrase "as instructed" several times as if I were 5 years old. To further escalate matters, in her messages to me, she used exclamation punctuation several occasions as if she were yelling at me. Sorry, not sorry, but I will be more than happy to spend my hard-earned money elsewhere and simultaneously respected verbally and in writing.
