I need a tracking number I paid 2 weeks ago 20 emails that say thanks for contacting us no tracking number I want my money back .

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Try a different site. They are not helpful at all. First of all they will give you a rx.. but only 5 days worth of meds for your infection.. Not enough to fix your prob. You will end up going to the doctor amyways or spending more money on a different site. Even though I gave a detail health history and emailed them asking for extra meds. I got no help. I feel at least they could have given me a full dose of at least 7 days. TRY SOME ONE ELSE

I rarely write reviews, occasionally 0 stars and occasionally 5 stars. The work that Goodrx is doing is absolutely groundbreaking-I don’t have insurance and healthcare seems so unobtainable normally. This is affordable and fast. There are plenty of things that you should see a doctor in person for but for the things I’m looking for, birth control and uti antibiotics I can’t think of a better system. Within 20 minutes I had a prescription sent to a pharmacy, everything included was only $35, that’s pretty comparable to prices with insurance. I was in a different state than I had initially signed up under and had to resubmit and ask for a refund-the refund was taken care of within 5 hours. Absolutely blown away by this company

I have been using GoodRx for a very long time. And this is the BEST thing to EVER happen to the cost of prescriptions. I quit using insurance when I found this app. Has saved me THOUSANDS of dollars in prescription costs for my family!

I had consultation twice. The first one was okay and very generic, no conversation, just prescription. I had a follow up check up because I could no longer reply to the first consult. This time I talked to an NP named Lauren and she was really nice and the conversation was personalized. She also ordered labs to make sure I’m okay. The messages was continued by a nurse named Amanda and she was very kind too. I had a wonderful experience and was worth it. I wish everyone was like that.

The Good RX telehealth service is good to get a prescription that you already know you need. They’re incompetent for actual care.

I have employer-provided health insurance, but I urgently needed refills for my asthma medications and couldn't get a local appointment. Even though it was late in the day, a GoodRx Care provider contacted me within a couple hours of submitting my request, and I had my medications in my hand another hour later. Super quick and convenient, and cost less than my copay would have. Very satisfied and highly recommend.

Immediately cancelled my appointment. Still charged for services. Not worth the hassle.
