I love goodrx but jumping on the bandwagon of scamming people that want GLP1s is really low. The email i received said glp1 starting at 39$. You get all the way to the end of signing up, put in my actual government id, submit a photo of myself, and then they tell me it's going to be $300 into the $39 is actually just for an appointment cost per month. Lol what a scam. Super disappointing.

Simply not what it shows you online or in-app. In reality, there is very little truth or accuracy to Good Rx. I no longer tell people to use it.

I have no thyroid gland and I am moving soon and wanted to get my refills, usually a normal practitioner will give you a year of medication if labs are normal and no adjustments are needed. The nurse practitioner was extremely rude and cold, unhelpful and dismissive, she refused to refill thyroid medication when labs had just been done and were available, she was intentionally difficult, made rude comments and asked dumb questions when she had no intention of doing anything or helping me, mean for no reason, it’s thyroid medication not Vicodin.!!!! I’d rather never have to deal with the medical field if this is how I’m going to be treated, paying someone to abuse me is not my idea of medical care. I had to go to another online virtual care service and do another video visit to get my medication elsewhere, it shouldn’t be this complicated to get thyroid medicine. It’s a very common medication..

Cannot connect with a provider to ask questions. Last month I selected a higher dose then changed my mind and wanted to stay the same. They sent me 2 different orders! I’m not losing weight. Spent all of the money and over a number of months have only lost 6 pounds but I am unable to talk to anyone. Will be switching to a different company next month.

Great customer service

GoodRX has great customer service. They answer any questions that you may have in a timely manner. Their site is easy to maneuver, not complicated at all! The coupons are also awesome! They have lots of great deals.

The communication process is bad. Nothing is in real time. They occasionally will give you an answer that you weren't expecting without any explanation. And don't get me started on their customer service. 38 minutes to cancel my subscription. First person could barely speak English. Second person had no idea of what to do. Finally spoke to someone who could actually help. I'm taking a break from the Wegovy. The side effects just finally outweighed the results.
