GoodRX has made the GLP-1 process seamless and supported without big fees. I may out of pocket for my GLP-1 consult and medication and I appreciate that GoodRX doesn't over charge for the medical support and consult. Plus I use GoodRX at my pharmacy for discounts on other prescriptions.

Signed up for Goodrx Companion. Was told by goodrx app my rx would be free. When I got to publix they told me they dont even take goodrx. I got conned to join and had to pay for my rx anyway, despite it being one of the "250+ free prescriptions".

The website does not work. I cancelled this subscription as well as my prescription and am still getting charged. Customer service does not respond until days later and emails are not responded to as well. I have sent another email for a refund and cancellation because the website is not allowing me to cancel.
