Waste of Money! I did a video consultation for an upper respiratory infection the other day. I told the Dr. I was coughing up green phlegm. She said she could only prescribe cough medicine, bc it was a viral infection. My husband went to a Dr. for the exact symptoms and was given antibiotics which quickly cleared up the infection. I told the Dr. on GoodRx that I also had a UTI. She said she couldn’t treat that, bc it required a separate consultation. WTH?? So I told her I would just get some over the counter cough medicine and “thanks for nothing”. Will never use this company again!!!

I paid $19 for an emergency refill visit and was rejected because I don't have a "Weight Loss Subscription" -- a restriction that is nowhere disclosed on the emergency refill service page. I provided every piece of information requested, only to have a nurse practitioner cancel my visit and tell me I need a different subscription tier, and no indication of what will happen with the money I paid. This is a blatant bait and take. You cannot advertise an emergency refill service, charge patients for it, and then deny service based on undisclosed subscription requirements. I've requested a refund and will be disputing with my bank if not resolved. Do better.

I tried to use their telehealth services. They take all of your person information, including a copy of your drivers license, a photo, and your personal health information and as soon as you pay their membership fee they deny you services with no explanation and no refund. Stay away from them unless you want to waste your time, expose your personal information, and throw money away.

GoodRx's website made it clear that I could get a refill for the medication I need -- I just needed to pay $19 for a doctor's visit. So, I paid...only to find that they can't or won't prescribe the meds I need. Total bait and switch.

I told nurse practitioner Craig Sorkin I was very allergic to dogs, then a dog starting barking in the background on our phone call. Nurse practitioner then said I could use the "Reupload Requested: Recent Prescription" button to upload a photo. That button does not work. Nurse Practitioner says that it does, so I recorded different web browsers and my phone showing the buttons do not work.

I tried good RX for my pet medication‘s. Thirty seconds after they sent my vet a verification fax, they also sent me an email telling me to start badgering them. I told good RX to give them a minute to respond because they do a good job there and will respond. The good RX customer service rep told me they would have their team do a verbal verification phone call to my vet to expedite the process. I then received an email saying that one of my two prescriptions was approved but the other one was on hold. When I called good RX to find out why it was on hold, I was told that during their verbal call they neglected to get dispensing instructions for the one medicine that is now on hold. I asked why on God‘s good earth would they hang up with my veterinarian before getting all the information they needed and the customer service rep put me on hold for 25 minutes. I hung up and called back and I canceled my order with good RX and had them delete my payment information and my account and told them I will never do business with them again. I was a first time customer and this is how I was treated. This whole process of signing up took over a week and ended up with me just canceling out of frustration with good RX. I do not recommend this company. UPDATE CONCERNING GOOD RX : As far as the reply from good RX about contacting Allivet, who is the vendor for good RX, take your generic response about my complaint and shove it where the sun don’t shine. It was your name as a charge on my credit card and your company I dealt with, therefore, you deal with your vendors and take care of any problems your customers are having with them instead of passing the buck to your customers. You people are horrible and I will never use you again and never recommend good RX as a company to do business with. Don’t bother responding, because I do not want to read another one of your generic responses!

NEVER sign up for this. They will tell you on chat it's cancelled but you will keep getting billed even after confirmation of cancellation.
