SCAM. As noted by hundreds of people here already, 'providers' (Nurse practitioners with zero understanding of medications) will end the chat and you WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK. NP 'reviewed' info for exactly 3 minutes before saying 'we don't prescribe this medication' and immediately cancelling the visit before I could get a word in edge-wise (this was not a controlled medication or anything excluded by their terms and conditions). Currently on hold for 40 minutes to get my refund and cancel the subscription. I've been transferred back and fourth at least 5 times. DO NOT SIGN UP. THESE ARE NOT REAL PROVIDERS AND THERE'S A REASON THEY WORK THROUGH TEXT MESSAGES INSTEAD OF AT A REAL PRACTICE.

Getting a hold of anyone is an act of congress. They take your money without filling scripts! I did the online care & no got back to me. Scam!!

The Gold Card is a scam. Don’t buy it. The prices stated are not true. Just went to the pharmacy yesterday and the cost was ten dollars higher than what their site says…the cost of the gold card per month. Called customer service and spoke to someone who could not understand English and went round and round in double talk. Got nowhere. What the gold card promises is just a lie. They were supposed to call me back, but of course, they didn’t, and now as you can see below, they want me to waste my time and contact them again. The $$$ is gone and ain’t coming back.
