Good rx is absolutely the least trustworthy service in this era of online health. The prescribing doctor they assigned actually wasn't even licensed, so when I went to get my prescriptions there was a giant hullabaloo and eventually I lost all the money I paid good rx and got nothing. I ended up reporting them. It also ended up being way more expensive than telyrx and callondoc.

This was a terrible experience and deserves no stars. Provider does not pay attention not reads info and notes that were provided. It took hours and hours to get a reply for them to give a BS reply and disappear for hours on end again. Save your money because this is a total waste of time and money. Never again.

a prescription has been in process for days. called to find status. OMG long hold then transferre3d to a 'member of the Care Team.' afte4r a few minutes a message saying 'no members of the care team are available, leave your email address and phone number and we will try to get back to you.'

I was at my vet’s office when they faxed the prescription information to GoodRxPet and the order was placed on 6/2/26 for 3 medications and some alcohol wipes,got an email it was approved and was supposed to be shipped overnight by Fedex for an extra 22.00 charge, I was told I would have them by morning of 6/4/26. They quickly got their money and then completely dropped the ball on filling the RX and shipping. One med was shipped USPS and arrived on 6/6/26. Today 6/8 fedex delivered a package with JUST ALCOHOL WIPES! The med I needed the most that should have been here on 6/4 MIGHT be here by 6/9/26. I have already gone to a local pharmacy to get a month of that thyroid medication for my cat. This was a terrible choice to use them and I do not recommend using this company, you can’t depend on them to follow through. Overnight shipping shouldn’t take 7 days! Out of the 5 different customer service people I have spoken to in the Philippines 1 seemed to know what he was doing.

I wanted to use this service for a UTI that I verified with an "at home" test. I thought that the age range 18-65 was a mistake so I entered a date that would make me 65. I fully intended to give my age when I was contacted and also provided identification. After registering which was a cumbersome process, I was advised to see my doctor due to my age. I am 70 years young. Apparently, "70 is the new 50" is not part of GoodRx's philosophy. Perhaps GoodRx should do their homework. I am of a generation with more wealth, disposable income, and education than those born after us. Excluding us is an insult and a glaring example of discrimination.

Helps a lot for all my prescriptions. It makes a big difference for me. thank you.
