Always loved the app for researching prescriptions. Decided to try the online health for weight loss. Problem with these services is they will not provide any information up front regarding what medicine they will prescribe or the costs. They want you to join a monthly service for $149 per month. They conveniently discount the first month but if you decide not to go with their recommendation for weight loss drugs, you must manually cancel the monthly subscription and no refunds for the initial month you paid. Waste of time and money.

I asked for an initial medical consultation for a generic medication. I never actually had the consultation, but GoodRX initiated monthly payments for the meds without ever sending me any meds. They were evasive about ended the subscription and had to do a chargeback with my credit card company and am waiting to chargeback on a pending charge for my second "recurring" payment for meds they are not shipping. Shady at best, a scam at worst. Avoid.

MAJOR SCAMMERS. KEPT CHARGING MONTHLY FEES FOR A SUBSCRIPTION I NEVER PURCHASED AND AN ACCOUNT I COULD NOT ACCESS. HAD TO CONTEST THE CHARGES EVERY MONTH WITH THE COOPERATION OF MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY. FINALLY, THE CC COMPANY WAS ABLE TO GET GOODRX TO STOP SCAMMING ME. BEWARE.
