1,500 dollars for an injection molded piece of plastic, what a scam!!! gimme a break! Their entire operation and fancy stores and fancy salespeople are supported by selling what should not cost more than 20 dollars. The salesperson was not paying attention to what i needed and was too busy trying to convince me their product will "make me feel better." Update: i found shoe insoles from Amazon for about 25 dollars, that serve the same function for 1/60 of the price.

Went to the Good Feet Store in Lone…
Went to the Good Feet Store in Lone Tree, and they took an "Ink" print of my feet and claimed "you have flat feet" and you need this 3 Step Program. I bought into the program for myself and my wife, and spent nearly $3,400.00. After they charged my credit card, they handed me a not to sign that stated, "absolutely no refunds" only another in store credit good for 30 days. Then they offered me 2 pairs of Socks that they claimed were "Free", then charged the credit card for another $30.00 for the socks. It has not worked, and will never work to correct the feet issue I have, and my Doctor has told me that I just went to the wrong place to help with the feet issues, and recommended another store and brand which has worked. This good Feet Store in Lone Tree is a con, and never, ever walks into their store, unless you want to be an easy target for a bad product, a dishonest business policy, and overpriced cheap, plastic inserts.

Inserts are $2,100.00
I walked in thinking I would probably spend $200. WOW......I was shocked when she took the laminated price card out. They want $2100.00 for their inserts....LMAO.......These are nothing but pieces of plastic. They are not even custom made. I told her this is stupid and left. What a scam! They are trying to take advantage of someone's pain or medical issues. This should be illegal.

Please don't make my mistake
Please don't make the same mistake that I did! My experience with The Good Feet Store is the the top 5 of THE most expensive mistakes I have ever made in my life, and I'm ashamed to admit that I WASTED money on a product that not only hasn't helped, but actually made my feet hurt more! I should have known better, but I was desperate.
I have planter fasciitis in my right foot, and it's extremely painful. I had already been to my podiatrist, and he gave me a shot to relive the pain. That lasted about a day. So, I had been limping along, trying to keep the pressure off my foot, when someone suggested The Good Feet Store. As I mentioned, I was desperate.
The good. I will say that the store in Lynchburg, Virginia was clean, open, and inviting. The sales people were friendly and accommodating. There were quite a few people in the store on the day of my visit, and everyone was treated nicely.
The bad. I won't get into the process of what they do, but I walked out of that place with the extreme hope that my foot pain would be relieved and my banking account considerably drained. I could have gone on a cruise for the amount of money I threw away. When people ask me how much I spent, I'm embarrassed to tell them.
The ugly. You can't get your money back. Nope. You can exchange the inserts for another model. (And I did a couple of months ago.) I tried the newer insert, and it felt "ok" for about 5 minutes, then the pain started again. I have tried to complete the "suggested adjustment schedule" 2 more times before I gave up. Not only did my right foot hurt more, but my left one started hurting too.
All in all, I have an expensive bag of “stuff” that I can't use, and I get extremely angry every time I have to move it around my closet because I think of all the things I COULD have done with the money. Take my advice. Think very carefully about what you expect from this place and how much you are willing to pay for.

Not worth the $$
These are not custom made orthotics. They make you feel like you have to buy all of their inserts in order to get relief. I spent 2K on these inserts and they don't give me as much relief as the Walk Hero inserts that were less than $60. You have to change your orthotics from Good Feet store at least 3 times a day. I don't have time for that. Go there if you have money to burn but I won't go back!

No refunds!
I strongly suggest seeing a medical professional before pursuing this option. 8 weeks after starting the program, I was having lateral foot pain and saw an orthopedist who ordered custom orthotics to alleviate the pain and swelling from the arch supports. I am now out a significant amount of money and could have had it mostly covered by health insurance if I had seen a professional in the first place.

If you're having problems just try for yourself!
First the customer service was on point. And Douglas in the Tuscaloosa store was very professional and very patient. I fell and broke my foot 6yrs ago. After being in the boot for 10 weeks, I still was in pain and had to limit my activity. I've had my products now for 4 wks and I'm back exercising and cutting up. Thanks Douglas!!!!
