The problem is US! We still think some problems with our feet can be fixed by buying a mass produced product. Guilty. Your feet are different from my feet and everyone else's. The correction needed must be MADE FOR ME! We do the same with pills, supplements and orthotics. It cannot be done! So we fall for TV ads with smiling people and the super salesmen/women who are well trained in showing us a "pain free life." I spent over $2K and now have plantar faciitus, hammer toes and knee pain. Went to a podiatrist, diagnosed properly, got orthotics made from her recommended professional and I am healing with custom made orthotics. Cost was $1k for Orthotics made for my foot. Yes, GF sales personnel are specially trained to put us in the place where we willingly give our hard earned money. But look in the mirror AND AVOID THE GOODFEET STORE AT ALL COSTS!

Like a lot of people I feel scammed and now my family are saying "I told you so" I felt backed into a corner and the price was amazing. As soon as I had a reaction to this Zippay or Ipay or whatever it was, was offered to me. I have been in contact with them 3 times in the first week as it is getting very painful in areas that did not have pain and am having to take days off work. I have recently become aware that it is non-refundable. I should have assumed this. If someone asks I would suggest not using this business.

Went to a Good Feet store twice and called another. Neither consultant at these stores offered me a lower cost slipper insert option. I was aware of this option from two friends and it worked for them. The store consultant in Shiloh, IL was not aware of them and the one in Creve Coeur, MO said they are being phased out. They are only pushing their $400+ options rather than $130 option. The Creve Coeur consultant finally admitted this saying quality was the reason. Clearly, money over affordable patient health solutions is their ultimate goal.

Nothing but a bunch of mumbo jumbo. I did not purchase anything and regret even wasting an hour on a “fitting.” Almost $2,000 (yes THREE zeros!) for a pair of shoes and arch supports/insoles is CRAZY! I expected to pay plenty especially when the associate would not give me a price while emphasizing the fitting is free. At the end he showed me the price list as if I was buying a car. Several columns of prices for various packages and monthly payments if financed. I should have read the reviews first that sum this place up—scam, Scam, SCAM.

The price is outrageous for what you get. You get 3 pairs of shoe inserts for approximately $1275. 1 pair is a Strengthener, 1 pair Maintainer, and 1 pair a relaxer. They are all plastic inserts. After wearing the Strengthener for about 5 minutes I had back pain and shoulder pain. I immediately removed the insert. I ended up making 2 visits to a Chiropractor for adjustments to relieve the pain. Also, since there is only one pair of each you are constantly moving the inserts of one shoe to another. I would advise anyone from going to a Good Feet store. When you first enter and ask the price, they tell you $425.00. It’s not until they spent a half hour with you and you are about to check out that they tell you the $425 is for 1 of the three pairs of inserts you need.
