I purchased and have tried these for two months. I have tarsul tunnel syndrome and these do not help. I have scheduled surgery to get relief and their money back warranty is a joke. They give the run around when wanting money back. I need the money to put towards my surgery. Do not buy if you have tarsul tunnel. Wasted money . They lie just want your money. $2000 down the drain. Hope someone finds this useful. Not only dealing with pain now money is lost and they don't care.

Purchased Arch Support System from Joyce at Kennesaw Store. I wore the step one of the three part system out in my shoes when I left, with the box. When I was ready to move on to the 2nd part of the system it was not in the box, nor was the third. Took the box and the receipt back to the store where Joyce accused me of taking the supports out of the box and losing them. She called me a liar and said there was nothing she could do. I told her I was giving the company and specifically her a bad review and she threatened to sue me for slander. This system was $1500 and I only got one third of it. It is supposed to have a lifetime guarantee which is not honored. Beware they are all “we will take care of you” during the sale but after you are screwed

Buyers BEWARE of this store and know the Return Policy BEFORE you make a purchase!!! My 84 year old mother purchased the 3 step arch inserts and a pair of slippers almost two weeks ago. She repeatedly told the salesman that the heel slipped and she did not feel steady and secure while walking but he convinced her that there should be a minimal amount of heel slippage and she would get used to them. My mother recently had knee replacement surgery and a prior fall before her surgery that resulted in an emergency room visit and a broken nose. As you can imagine, falling is a great concern of hers. After the couple weeks of trying the inserts and shoes she did not have any relief for her flat feet or reduce knee pain and felt unstable still in the slippers. We tried to return the items and found out just how deceptive this company is. They would not return the items and put my mom through unnecessary tests to convince her that she needed to try another type of inset(s) for 60 days. They would not take back the shoes, just replaced them with another shoe that she did not want. The tests they put her through were hurting her newly operated knee and she repeatedly told them it hurt but they continued on. When I told them she did not want to go through this next 60 day trial period, she wanted her money back, they repeatedly pointed to the print at the bottom of her sales receipt and the sign with a QR code that informed of their policy. Keep in mind, you do NOT see this policy until you have already made your purchase and now it’s too late. My Mom is 84, do you really think she scans QR codes before purchasing. Please know, this is NOT a cheap purchase for someone (over $2,100) especially for a senior citizen. This company is very deceptive in not having a contract to sign that informs the buyer in ADVANCE of their return policy. We were the third ones in the store while we were there that tried to return their items and were met with the same result. They had ONE person working in the store on a Saturday and it took hours just to find out we have to wait and play their game for another 60 days. When the next 60 days come up we want our refund on the inserts (shoes are considered accessories and are not returnable) and this time you will not lay hands again on my mother with your tests of stability and hurt her knees once more. After those tests she could barely walk to that scanner she was directed to again. Save your money and see if Medicare will pay for your inserts or insurance. You’ve been warned!!!

Very smooth sale. Inserts initially seemed helpful but within an hour severe discomfort. Tried the least aggressive pair on both my good foot and post surgical foot. Severe pain, had to discontinue. That is not the complaint. Maybe they help some people, just not me. The complaint came at time of return. At sale we were told 100% refund if not satisfied. We presented everything fresh, some accessories unopened. We were then told that we need to be remeasured and given new inserts or some other nonsense before being submitted for refund. We advised that we could not use the product and wanted the refund. After much argument, they waived the requirements OTHER THAN WE HAD TO WAIT 60 DAYS AND THEN RETURN WITH THE PRODUCT. IT WOULD THEN BE SEVERAL WEEKS BEFORE CREDIT WOULD BE GIVEN. In addition, the refund only applied to the arches and not the accessories. If all goes well, I have to wait, make another trip to the store (30 minute drive and toll), make application and wait another few weeks. And not get a full refund. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

I followed the process after my fitting. 2 and a half weeks in I had pain in my thighs and calf’s. I could barely walk or stand after sitting down for a week. Tried to get a refund and said I could only do that with refitting. I could not go through that pain for a week again. $2500 down the drain with no sympathy. Their lifetime warranty and return policy is a scam. I am sure they help a lot of people but the few they don’t like me are screwed!

I demand an immediate and full refund. You use deceptive business practices. I do not want your product and Illinois law stipulates that I have three days to cancel any sale or contract. Wes Fenton

The good Feet store is a BIG RIP OFF.They steal your money and there are zero refunds.Their products damage your feet worst than before you go into the store .People Dont throw your money away !!!!!

I am very sorry to report that I was told I had to wear these insoles for at least 30 days to ensure they would be appropriate. I explained to the salesman that I had two artificial hips, my left leg was slightly shorter than my right and it would be extremely important that they were fit for me. He said he understood. After wearing these insoles for the required amount of time, I was in excruciating pain in my back. I went to my orthopedist and explained the pain. His response was, “Please return these immediately and stop wearing them.” He explained that unless I had custom made insoles, taking into consideration that there was no way Good Feet could customize for my unique issues. When I asked how much the product was, he said, 1,500.00. My first bill was for 2,398.36. Please be aware of their sales tactics. This store was in East Memphis, 5353 Poplar Avenue, Suite 120, 38119.
