Hugely overpriced and not qualified to diagnose. They do the whole big sales spin and send you away with a $1500+ purchase. I quickly learned that the so called 'answer" to my issue was not fit for purpose, and even though I immediately contacted them (within 24hours of purchase) they point blank refused a refund. Avoid these scammers at all costs.

Went to The Good Foot Store in White Marsh Maryland. Had a great experience with Samirah. She so professional and friendly. She explained everything to me. I walked out with my feet feeling the best they have in months. I would recommend this place if you are having feet, knee, and hip pain.

Developed severe pain in left foot in June 2023. Went to an urgent care facility and found that it had been closed, so I had seen Good Feet Store ads and decided to go there. Spent over $1,800 on shoes and inserts. After the sale I read that they do not give refunds. Pain has persisted now 8 months and 2 weeks ago became almost unbearable. Today went to orthopedics doctor and learned that GFS misdiagnosed my problem and was fitted with splint and PT exercises assigned. GFS is not a medical facility and uses extensive advertising to dupe people having foot pain. Cannot recommend this company. Instead go to an orthopedic or podiatric specialist. You will save money and get correct diagnosis.

What went wrong? EVERYTHING!!! The person who "helped" me had no idea what I was talking about and tried to sell me OTC shoe inserts as the "absolute fix". A joke and a store that prays on the uninformed.

20 years ago I was in tears! I was unable to wear shoes unless they had the, I think you call it the tray soul. finally went to good feet and with one pair of inserts I was able to put into any shoe and wear any shoe! I have no more problems with my neuropathy. They sold for $250. This year my husband needed them, so we went to the good feet store. I swore by them, I still do. However, now they are over a $1000, you get 3 of them, worthless. Seems like they just tried to figure out a way to get more money! I was mad. I'm doing fine with the one original pair in the 20 years I did go in and get them adjusted or I guess a new pair for free which was a good deal for me.

DO NOT go to the good feet store!!! Spent $1700 8 months ago to find out today by a Orthotist that the inserts do not even fit my feet. The Orthotist sells inserts for $225. Apparently the good feet store as has tons of lawsuits filed against them. They are nothing more than salesmen that preys on people desperate for some relief. The free foot mapping thing does absolutely nothing, they just run to the back of the store in their huge stock pile and bring you some hard plastic back out to put in your shoes. Lesson learned the hard way and $1700 less in my pocket. I have to leave 1 star but it needs to be a zero.

Stay away from this store. No only did they put through a lot of drama with credit approval, the price of the loan was $4000! Plus, you don't even choose your own shoes? Bad place, its a scam!
