Went with my son to the GF Store in Fort Worth, TX, Brysnt Irving location. He purchased a "system", that cost around $1800.00. A yr later his feet still hurt, and he's back to trying inserts over the counter. He recently attempted to get additional socks that he was told at the time would be free to replace, only to be told it would $50.00 for new ones. TOTAL TRASH. WASTE OF MONEY.

If there were a negative star it would be a negative -5. Horrible experience! If you have the money for sweaky shoes that are over priced! Don’t waste your time or money! They are not worth $1863.00! Also you have to replace them after a year!

I'm writing for my mother - For a few years, she has been walking a bit hunched over with back pain. We decided to go to the Cranston location, BEST DECISION SHE EVER MADE! Within no time, she began walking upright and pain free! We went back to purchase shoes - another plus which made further improvements! I thank Michela and team for an exceptional experience! I even suggested this to my primary care physician and staff in the hopes that U can help others! THANKS AGAIN!

I had a good experience with the fitting (other than having to use shoes that they provided which barely fit my feet and crushed my toes). Curiously, they talk about wearing the arch supports home but the person helping me never put them in my shoes. I bought their Wellness Plus package which includes everything, EXCEPT for the velcro dots that are needed to hold the arch cushions (and, in turn, the arch supports) in place. Otherwise, the arch support keep shifting around in my shoes and don't work as advertised. Based on what I've seen on their website and videos, lower end packages do include the velcro dots (just not the higher end ones). Since I will be having major knee surgery in a couple of weeks, I will not be able to get to the store to get the velcro dots. I don't want to risk having any problems related to the "mobile" arch supports so I won't be using them until I am able to drive again (4-6 weeks after the surgery, so sometime in late May-early June). So much money spent on something that was supposed to help with my recovery but won't be available until much, much later. As I mentioned before, the supports were never even put into the shoes I was wearing the day I went to their store - maybe the supports are not designed to fit in every shoe. I contacted and explained my situation several times but they have done nothing to resolve the issue.

Do not spend $2185.00 for this product. It is a waste of money. Salesman was like a used car man. Much pressure. They don’t tell you until after you sign contract and pay money that there is a NO RETURN policy ever. Which tells me they do not stand behind their product. I cannot wear for more than an hour without extreme pain in my back. DO NOT WASTE your money. Stay away.

I went to the Good Feet Store in Cape Girardeau, MO. Dru was very knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect fit for my feet. I highly recommend The Good Feet Store.

Lies lies and more lies. I have nothing good to say about this store or the manager. There was nothing custom about my fitting. I am a 58 year old polio survivor that was suckered into the purchase. I have atleast two shoe size difference in my feet yet I was only fitted for my larger foot so that alone shows it was not custom. I am a widow and live on disability of less than 1200 a month. How she got me approved for that amount I don't know. I have worked long and hard to have good credit and now it is ruined. I don't know how this woman sleeps at night knowing how she treats the older generation. It has caused me great stress. I now have to figure out how to pay for something I can't afford.
