Great shoes, friendly service, but man oh man, do they ever try to scam a customer! They tried to sell me on two small plastic arch supports for $475. You can buy the same thing at CVS for $9.50! Then Good Feet claims the arch supports are life-time warranted, as if that could ever justify the ridiculous cost. Don't fall for it!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! This place is a total scam. They have a no return policy, they’ll hassle you to make an exchange or get a store credit. They don’t know what they’re doing and the product is horrible. Go to a pediatrist instead . Customer service never returns calls, they are very unprofessional and a total SCAM!

By the time I decided to visit the Good Feet Store, I had been averaging 10,000 to 20,000 steps each day due to a shortage of help at the hospital where I work. The constant walking left my feet aching so severely that I could hardly walk when I woke up in the morning. As a healthcare provider, I had already invested in various expensive shoes, but none provided the relief I needed. I was on the verge of consulting a podiatrist but was hesitant to take that step. Instead, I decided to try the Good Feet Store, despite having heard about the high cost of their products. I hoped that if their solution worked, it would help me avoid cortisone shots for a few more years. Now, two months later, the majority of the pain in my feet is gone. I went to the GFS to see if they could help me with knee and back pain. The sales lady was very friendly. First she did an imprint of my feet. Came back with 4 sets of arch supports. She explained the purpose of each of these. I walked around the store to try out each set. As with the other reviewers I was rather shocked at the cost. But because of my chronic pain I was willing to give them a try. After payment I was asked to sign a form stating all sales are final. Later as I was looking over my bill I was not happy to see that several of the items were way overpriced. The socks they include cost almost twice as much as you can buy them elsewhere, as well as the velcro dots to hold the supports in place. After 3 days I do have less back pain. Will continue to use them as instructed and hope to see continued improvement. Still feel like the price is unreasonably high

My visit to the good feet store was amazing. I was thinking I needed a hip replacement, within 24 hours of my visit I am walking perfectly and without pain. I urge anyone with hip pain to visit the good feet store I am truly amazed.

Don't even go in the store. They hook you on all the fancy stuff, then slap you with a bill for hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of dollars. Don't think of changing your mind, they don't say this, but you can't get a financial credit, even if you don't touch the product. It's a medical product, and it CAN'T BE RETURNED, except to trade for more of their stuff.

Very good salesman, but I needed to think sbout it. I came hone and read reviews. I decided to contact a podiatrist. Glad my inner soul talked to me Thanks for your time. Buyer beware.

I am leaving this right after leaving the store. I have to admit I read these reviews while sitting with my feet on their vibrating foot massager. With my flat feet and bad knees I couldn’t walk with their “correction “ orthotic as it caused more knee pain than normal. Their maintainer insert was better, but still caused knee pain. The “relaxer” felt the best if the three” and none of their “specialty” shoes fit my wide feet with any of their inserts. Our fitter was very nice, knowledgeable and wasn’t pushy in the least. We had to pick up our grandson so had to cut the pressure part of the presentation short. Bottom line…?? Having a brick and mortar store costs $$$$ Having nice representatives that know the product is worth $$$ Helping your feet and posture can be worth $$$ But the cheapest price of APX $1500 FOR JUST the 3 step plan up to-$2400 with socks, shoes, compression socks and vibrating foot massager, was on the steep side. I was expecting half or less of those numbers. I can’t justify leaving less than three as I didn’t buy the items, nor can I justify more than three due to the prices. Stop in, have your feet imprinted and test walk them for yourself IF knowing the prices fits into your budget. Richmond Va area store. Nice sales girl.
