Our Care team is available Monday–Friday, 9–5 PM EST, and we do ask for 24–48 hours for a reply so we can respond to every email in the order received. For shipping, we do note on each product listing that we typically ship within 3 business days, and orders usually arrive within 1–5 business days after shipment. If you haven’t seen tracking updates within that timeframe, our team is always happy to check in with the warehouse or carrier for you.
