Same issue as everyone else, ordered way in advance to make sure the Christmas gift would arrive on time and have had no updates for the last 10 days, you call and nobody picks up. I did the live chat last week and was told it would ship a few days ago, never shipped. Never received a tracking number. Pretty much got scammed, I think their game plan is to ship after Christmas since you can't reach them to cancel. (live chat has been disabled) will be reporting to the AG.

Awful service online. I ordered a tin of biscuits which were sent in a flimsy box and the tin is completely squashed. I have sent photo’s by email and followed up 5 times, filled in the online form and also tried to call but there has been no response at all. I really wanted a replacement in time for Christmas but this will not happen now and I am struggling to get a response from anyone. Certainly won’t order from these again and I am at a loss as to how to get to speak to someone to obtain a refund. The phone number on their website isn’t even ringing out!

What a disaster. I ordered my employees chocolate for Christmas. I ordered it on the 12th and was charged on that day with a guaranteed delivery. After 9 days of hearing absolutely nothing, I called and waited on hold forever. So, I chatted on line. They said they are shipping it and it would arrive by Dec.24th, way beyond when I was guaranteed to have it. I heard excuses from the rep only to ask why I wasn’t told for 9 days. Crickets. Kind of makes a person look stupid in the office. Don’t count on them for anything. I will take my business elsewhere next year.

What the heck is wrong with this company? I read the reviews AFTER I ordered a 36 piece box of Godiva. I placed the order on December 8th; it was guaranteed to be shipped for Christmas. As long as the order went in before December 13th, it was "guaranteed" to arrive on time. It NEVER ARRIVED. Today is December 19. I never heard anything from them. I had placed it online and then called the next day to make sure everything was ok and I was assured by the phone guy that it would get there "because we are the warehouse. If you order from a local store, there is no guarantee of delivery on time. And the chocolates will actually be fresher ordering from us." He said everything was fine and it should arrive in about four days. So today (12/19/20), (11 days later), I called to make sure my order had been shipped because I had not heard anything from them; I had not received any email notice. (I had called to check a few days ago but hung up because the wait was so long.) Today, I waited 20 minutes before anyone picked up the phone. Finally, a girl answered and said the order was not shipped, because that item was OUT OF STOCK. I told her it was NOT out of stock when I ordered. I had enough time. I was TOLD by the person in the WAREHOUSE it would arrive on time. No problemo. I asked when her when they would receive it. Ummm. She didn't know. She didn't know when it would be back in stock. I asked if it would be before the new year. She could not guarantee anything. "It's hard to tell." She asked me (sweetly) if I wanted to cancel the order. I cancelled the order and will never, in my life, order Godiva anything. Someone on the website warned others to STAY AWAY FROM GODIVA. I urge you to do the same. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STUPID COMPANY. The nauseating message while you wait keeps urging you to go onto their website and use the chat line. THERE IS NO CHAT LINE. She told me to "have a good day". OH SURE, AFTER YOUR OBNOXIOUS COMPANY JUST SPOILED IT. Good riddance! STAY AWAY FROM GODIVA. There are chocolates that are even better than God-Iva. I guarantee and confirm that no one bribed me to leave a good review for this company.

Ridiculous. I placed several orders on Nov. 16th. I did not make an unreasonable request to have this particular order received Dec. 18 or before. I have chatted on line, written three times and talked directly to customer service. No guarantee this will reach intended party before xmas. So annoyed. I wish I had read the reviews prior to placing the order. NEVER again. I will try See’s Candy next time for my holiday gift buying.

Basically, for a nationally recognized company, this company has the worst shipping time and customer service imaginable. After five days, I still had no tracking number. Customer service tried to blame the shipping carriers. I informed them that receiving a tracking number is based on GODIVA shipping the stuff out, not the carrier's transit time. Anyone who has ever shipped a package knows this. Then they apologized, but told me I still wouldn't have a tracking number for another 3 days, AND they couldn't expedite shipping method, AND it wouldn't arrive before Christmas (it was a gift -- of a Christmas chocolate gift box!!!). I literally received customized, one-off items faster. I just ended up canceling my order. Won't order from them again. Good chocolate, horrendous service. Lesson learned.

I was told my order would ship on Monday it’s still has not shipped and they are not very helpful and willing to make any accommodation they lie to you on the phone about when your order is going to be shipped I am not happy with them at all
