Godiva makes delicious chocolate and I've been a loyal customer for decades. But, thanks to the pandemic, they realized they can sell purely by mail, and they've shut all their stores. Now they only offer the shrink wrapped, factory sealed boxes, a pre-selected variety pack. Customers can't custom order the selections they like. My family are huge fans of Godiva dark chocolate mints and salted caramel truffles. But we can't buy just our favorites, we have to buy a variety box. At $2.50 per chocolate I'm not interested in spending a fortune to get pieces I want. It's so sad. I'll never buy Godiva again. On the bright side, there are other superior high end chocolates that DO sell custom boxes. I suggest Ethel M.

I used Godiva online for the first time as I could not get the Spring Box on Amazon. A few problems trying to get hold of customer service as the delivery address was incorrect but eventually Emanuele emailed me and was great and my gift was delivered within the time. I think Godiva should send out delivery details so customers know when their goods will arrive. It is much less stressful. If this is put in place I will definitely use their website again.

Received chocolates as a present. Tasted good but way too much plastic. 2 layers of plastic seemed very redundant.
