They have a bunch of hidden costs. You can’t remove your cc yourself or change your subscription from the app. Then they charged me anyways for the subscription when I clearly asked for otherwise in 3 separate emails.

I signed up and inquired about a specific medication. I was informed my insurance wouldn’t cover it and then heard nothing but AI prompted messages about weight loss plans. A week later I was charged $200 for a medication I did not know, want or ask for. I contacted them and was told they can’t cancel the order and will not refund or take a return of the product. I disputed the charge and was met with AI generated responses trying to sell me more. The medication never arrived to my house and the online portal I complained through locked me out so I can no longer speak to them.

The only thing I lost was $894. Bought the 6 month plan. Over a month in I hadn’t lost weight. Asked them to adjust my meds to help and they refused. Got my second (and last shipment) and now I’m over 3 months in and still haven’t lost a pound. Only reason I gave them one star is because I can’t pick less than that.

I’ve used them before and did not have a good experience, however my uncle had started the process and I was like, “sure. Maybe they’ve improved.” I helped him finish setting up his account. They charged his card but it continued to say he needed to “update his payment method.” We emailed them and they said it was all “resolved.” We just logged in to his account and there’s no orders set, payment still says to update. He needs his meds before he goes out of town. I feel bad for not telling him to stay away from this company. I will try emailing myself. His name is Jorge Sanchez. I have sent another email on my behalf. Will update depending on answer.

Very easy and simple to get started. No monthly membership fees at all! The entire process was super fast and understanding and most of all , very affordable. You only pay if you are approved. Upon approval, the doctors keep checking on you and is available for you at any time you need to check in or follow-up. My medication was home delivered in a few days in a temperature controlled package discreetly. I definitely recommend to anyone and everyone who’s having doubts because this medication really changed my life. BIOVERSE really did made it possible for me to regain confidence in myself.

total fraud!!! charged for subscription $135.00 Now will not refund! Received nothhing but BS

I was curious and went to their website. They said I was not an approved candidate so I moved on. Today I have 2 charges to my bank from them claiming “customer support” chargers. Over $250 for nothing. Now my account with bioverse is frozen. I cannot change my info. Such a scam!!! Do not trust them!

Stole $39 from me. So I fell for the misadvertisement, thinking there wasn’t a membership fee and the $39 would go towards (not cover) my medication. Nope! It’s for the unprofessional assessment you’re never given. They essentially make sure you’ve selected certain boxes, and once that is satisfied they send you a completely scripted “Assessment” telling you what they think is right for you. However, in my case I provided additional medical history I simply couldn’t write in the intake form and asked that I be advised based off that. Did I ever receive it? No. They just repeatedly sent me the same scripted “treatment plan” but never read my message nor provided an intelligent response to me. Before I even ordered my medication I cancelled my membership. They are TERRIBLE. I asked for help so many times just to get the “We recommend--“ oh and they refused to refund my money because they said I received and assessment I never did. STAY AWAY!
