No problem w getting back to me w messages. No fault Bioverse I have not been losing the last 2 months. Even w dosage increase. I researched and found I probably have become tolerant of the meds. But I am going to persevere the next 3 months to see for sure. I recently went on vacation and usually gain but this vacation I did not.

It's expensive and it's sometimes hard to get ahold of them however I have lost over 40 pounds and I've had zero negative side effects

Absolutely a joke!! No one can keep anything straight and NO ONE READS THE PAST MESSAGES TO FOLLOW THE NEXT STEP!! No one ever answers unless you call back to back for hours!! Will not send the correct quantity that I paid for a 6 month to cover my full treatment. Update.. spoke with Randy a manager, and he has assisted me on getting the rest of my medication’s greatly appreciate him.

The company is helpful

I loved the fact that customer service was quick to communicate when I had a concern. I wasn’t happy with the initial communication on what was expected from me throughout the process. It was very confusing. While I received quick responses I got different answers to the same questions. During my 6 month trial I had 2 of my 3 vials short on medication. This drastically affected my results. Because of this I will be choosing another provider for the future.

So far, ok. Everything was sent fairly quickly and easy instructions. The lines of communication leave a lot to be desired. I continue to get spam texts and emails even though I am already a customer/ patient, which caused a lot of confusion before my meds were received. they continue but just have to read to make sure it isn’t something g I need. Other than the few legit messages with updates when I first placed an order, there is no communication or check ins. Which is fine I guess but would be good to be able to discuss side effects etc.

I’m not sure how to rate them right now. At first, my experience was positive. I started in January lost 20 pounds since and I was very pleased. However, this is the second month in a row that I’ve had to chase my prescription down. Last month they responded to my email and my concerns and had it sent out. This month I was charged on the fifth. It is now the 15th and I have received no update. I have emailed to them and have received no response and I’m getting concerned and irritated. Has anyone else had these issues the past few months?? UPDATE: just filed a complaint with the BBB, after many many many attempts and months of my patience and kindness no one has ever responded, luckily my credit card credited it back but I’m …..considering looking into a class action lawsuit… that’s how concerned I am with this company. These are medication’s not novelty items. You don’t mess around with people‘s medication’s. It’s Scary! To the person who said that it wasn’t their fault that they said it was their pharmacy. Welp that’s not entirely true-after I had seen that my delivery was canceled. I had called the pharmacy that was on the tracking number. They told me they don’t know why but bioverse canceled it right before it shipped. The company is not legitimate! Run! Run away fast! They will be responsive for a short amount of time until they have your credit card and you have a three month prescription and then you won’t be able to get a hold of them and you will not get your meds. Seems to be their MO.

So far, so good. I received my medication within the promised time. Although the vials seemed like they should contain more medication, I understand that the dosage is carefully measured. Despite my initial concerns, the medication lasted for the expected duration. This has been my experience with Bioverse. I've just completed my 4th week, so let's see how it goes from here. One thing I feel would be helpful is including instructions on how to take the doses in the package. I had to constantly check my message center to ensure I was taking the correct doses. Other than that, I am satisfied with the product. I have not lost much weight, but I'm getting there—5 lbs less by my 4th week. Hopefully, I can lose more weight since I barely eat and feel full most of the time."
