I asked for a cancellation prior to approval. They bypassed my request to cancel and still charge my account after I requested a cancellation and before they approved the medication. They took $670 out of my account even though I asked to cancel it before approval. Do not use them.

I have been trying to cancel my prescription with no help. My bank account is still being charged. Bioverse is not easy to work with.

I have had a great experience with this company. I am within 10 lbs of my goal weight and have had no issues with shipments and my questions have always been answered. I am proactive and did a lot of research so I think it has helped with shot placement and schedule. I am happy to be at pre baby weight after three kids. I took the slow route and have little to no issues.

I guess I won't be going through this company to purchase meds for my wife and I. Thanks for all the reviews they where extremely helpful in my decision.

This is my first time trying Bioverse. I placed an order for Tirzepatide and my original order was not handled with care and the container the medicine was housed in came broke. I immediately sent photos and explained that I would not be taking medication that came damaged. Bioverse acted quickly and within a week or so I had my replacement. Thank you Bioverse for responding with expedient service.

Horrible Horrible Horrible!! There is no phone number for customer service, there is no email for customer service. They charge you $39 no matter what and refuse to refund it. I finally got in touch with a supervisor woman named Via or Bia and she was extraordinarily rude to me, did not care that it was very difficult to get in touch with somebody, and told me absolutely no to getting a refund for the $39. I urge you to stay away from this company!!!!

Signs up was excited to start but had issues with their payment systems. I updated my payment several times and after a month push through a payment. I am beyond livid contacting customer service is impossible and unhelpful at best go with a different company at all cost

I cancelled my membership and used klarna pay in 4. They tell me they can’t send my medicine without my account being reactivated. I have screenshots. I am thinking, good then they won’t request payment for the medications. Boy was I wrong. Not only did they reactivate my subscription but they charged for the medicine. I was ok with being charged the initial fees for the 3 months but not the medications. I didn’t know they were not FDA APPROVED. Thank god I have proof of this because if I have to sue. I will. Does anyone wanna sue with me? The amount of total damages should make it worthwhile for a lawyer. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK
