This company has been a nightmare! I cancel my membership immediately after i found out the meds were not included and they keep charging my account over and over!!! I have spoken with multiple people that say they will refund my account, but they haven’t!

This company has been a nightmare for me and has wasted money. I signed up for the membership of $135. Which they do not mention a membership. The membership doesn’t help you get medication, it only gives a discount. It’s very misleading. I won’t use this company again.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! Their ad said it was 159.00 per month including medication and your first month is 39.00 I paid the 39.00 and logged in to fill out the questionnaire and the price went up to 199.00 I immediately emailed to cancel and included the reasons why. I received ZERO services and ZERO product from this company, and they are telling me that "because I asked for medication" which I absolutely did not, I am not entitle to a refund. So save yourself the aggravation of phone calls and cancelling your credit card and find a reputable company as BIOVERSE is definitely NOT REPUTABLE at all!

Absolutely terrible company. Just about zero communication and almost impossible to get in touch with someone to cancel a membership. Canceled my membership two months ago and yet they're still trying to charge me monthly membership fees!!

Scammers alert! They will steal your money and you will never get the chance to talk to them or unsubscribe!

Well since you don't offer the glp1 pills. And these really are not giving me the results that I am wanting. I want to ✋️ stop receiving anymore pills or orders in February or the near future. Thank you Phyllis Neal order ID#264875-1.

I signed on for the $39 1st month cost. However after paying, you find out the $39 is for a consult only. After finding that out I asked for a refund because why am I paying for a consult and I don't know if your plan is the right plan for me. Needless to say, I've gone back and forth with them with emails. There telling me once you're questionare and the prescription you picked has been looked at, you can't get a refund. Refunds aren't allowed. I have a message in my account stating that until they can identify my identity no one will look at the answers to my questions and prescription I picked. Why am I stressing over $39? My injections were covered for the past year and now they're no longer covering it. I am receiving government assistance because my income alone isn't much. They're refusing to give me my $39 back. Also found out they're not BBB accredited. And their advertisements are false.

Worst company ever has stolen hundreds of dollars from me still currently in a dispute for them charged me 3 times for a single membership fee
