I was concerned up front because of some reviews that I've read. I have a friend who uses bioverse and has no complaints so I really wanted to give them a try. I have not received my medication yet. However , I ordered it yesterday and I already have a tracking number with delivery scheduled for today. I have received communication through email and through my account on, bioverse. Also, they providing me with a customer service number if I had any issues which helped reassure me because of reviews stating they don't have customer service contact. When I receive the medication and start using I will provide another review. I am veey happy with their customer service and experience this far.

I have had a great experience with this company. I am within 10 lbs of my goal weight and have had no issues with shipments and my questions have always been answered. I am proactive and did a lot of research so I think it has helped with shot placement and schedule. I am happy to be at pre baby weight after three kids. I took the slow route and have little to no issues.
