They just steal people money The website says no membership fees and they charge $139 a month. Once you realize that they keep your initial payment, that's how they make their money

I was completely scammed by this company. I was supposed to pay less than $300 and they ended up charging me $670 and refusing to refund me. I have proof of transactions I have screenshots of what they quoted me do not use them.

After almost a month have not gotten the product or a refund only a run around . Will never answer a question directly, will say my order has been expedited but never tell me how long till it ships just they will let me know when it does and it never has !

Did not order product. Mr Lee, who ever that was ordered it. Requested a call because i take Tramadol , no calls from nurse anyone. I called FedEx and pharmacy to stop order. Pharmacy didnt fill order , FedEx said they will stop shipment too. FEDEx isnt going to deliver the wrong medication on top of it all,. I was using Trizepetide great product. I have had nothing but positives from bioverse. Quick responses from staff who are happy to answer any and all questions and quick shipping for my medication which also includes all necessary items for the plan that has been chosen. I have seen great progress since I have started. I have lost weight and I’m excited to finish the second half of this plan!!!!

Scam company. False Advertising. No refunds etc. beware beware

I keep getting voice messages saying that I need to complete my sign-up which is ridiculous since I did that weeks ago and have already received one vial of medication. It's obvious that the front of the house has no idea what the back of the house is doing. I've also sent messages through the portal and through emails requesting information and NEVER get a response through either. I have no idea when my next supply of medication is due to arrive as there is no option in my portal that says anything about my next order. Also, I want to know if I'll get a refund for my $702 if I cancel now. I feel absolutely no effects of the medication and I'm pretty sure it's sugar water. If not, I'll have to dispute the charge through my bank, which I am more than happy and willing to do. This company is a total rip off. I wish I had read the Trustpilot reviews before I went with them. It's no wonder they have such a low rating. They are impossible to deal with. UPDATE: I was told this morning that I cannot get a refund because I've already received 3 months worth of medication. If I have, I don't know where it is. I have taken 3 injections and have just enough for 1 more. I was never told it was a 3 month supply, I believed I was paying for a 6 month supply and that I would receive monthly shipments of the medication. I cancelled my account yesterday 12/11 and was hit for another $135 on my debit card this morning. What is that for??? OMG, these people are such thieves. I got hit for another $135 on January 15th. I've emailed several times about a refund for these 2 charges and haven't seen a penny of my money yet. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CHARLATANS!! I actually have to close the account they're taking my money from. Too bad somebody can't do something about these people. They need to be shut down. All of the 4 or 5 star reviews have to be fake. This is the worst company to deal with. They simply won't respond.
