They offer glp-1’s for $39; you’re suppose to pay first then they force you to pay for 6 months upfront. So I basically paid $39 for nothing in return.

I was originally on a compound glp 1 until Weight Watchers quit selling the compound. After some research, I chose Bioverse. The shots I was prescribed had no effect on my appetite. I know from experience how the shots work: these shots didn’t. I wasted too much money and time on this company. Yes, I talked to my providers each month yet nothing changed. Run far and fast from this company.

want to cancel subscription, getting the run around. should not be this hard.

They have been great with customer service and on time deliveries. I love that I can talk to my provider anytime. And they message back very quickly. I’m giving four stars because of the rise up in prices. I’ve been a loyal customer and now I only need to maintain. Even so, they jacked my price up.

The program started great, but then there was a lack of communicaiton. late responses and never received an update on medication qty or delivery schedule. I lost interest in it after 2 months in. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Absolutely a joke!! No one can keep anything straight and NO ONE READS THE PAST MESSAGES TO FOLLOW THE NEXT STEP!! No one ever answers unless you call back to back for hours!! Will not send the correct quantity that I paid for a 6 month to cover my full treatment. Update.. spoke with Randy a manager, and he has assisted me on getting the rest of my medication’s greatly appreciate him.

I've been using bioverse for 6 months now. It does seem to take awhile to get messaged back, but everything else has been great.

Bioverse customer support has been stellar. If you follow their intructions you will experience success. My overall experience has been great! I highly recommend Bioverse to anyone who is serious about reaching their weightloss goals!
