Really unsatisfied with my subscription to get weight loss medication. I’ve been taking a compound forum of Ozempic and haven’t lost any weight. It’s been 2 months and I’ve even been tracking my calories eating healthy small portions…. I have tried another glp before and had really good luck. I lost weight right away with the order company… Tried to contact the company about switching to Trizepiteid and the told me my cure med & dose isn’t at a Therapeutic levels it takes time to lose weight ect. Why did I waste almost $500 to get this medication? My suggestion is go to a more reputable company and don’t try to save money like I did. I’m totally bummed I went and got medication with this company… Verry unhappy.

The program started great, but then there was a lack of communicaiton. late responses and never received an update on medication qty or delivery schedule. I lost interest in it after 2 months in. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

When I received my medication it wasn't cold so I've been kind of leery of using it. I'm not sure if I should or not. I have not heard anything from Bioverse either. The communication isn't easy. I was hoping to reach out at the check in I was advised would be happening, but I've not received that either. It's really a bummer because I LOVE the price and I really wanted Bioverse to work for me!

Customer service is absymal Bioverse providers were very responsive .. in the beginning. I have asked a question for a provider as to whether to increase dosage or not as I have been on the same dose for the last 4 months on October 1st (started med in May). It is now 2 weeks since I asked that question and have heard nothing. When I asked again last week, I was told not to use the message box on the site as it would cause confusion for the provider (?). I also paid for my daughter but the pharmacy shipped her Tirazepatide while she was on her honeymoon in Italy so needless to say, the medication went unrefrigerated rendering it useless, and we were told to call the pharmacy (different company altogether -- Revive). I have since found another provider and, hopefully, their customer service and provider response will be timely. I am an RN and if I provided this type of "customer service" to my patients, satisfaction scores would plummet and I would receive counseling if not disciplinary action.

I was changing providers for tirzepatide back to Bioverse (they screwed up before and I changed providers 6 months ago). Changing back to them looks like a mistake. My dosage has increased over the last 6 months. This was CLEARLY explained to Bioverse. They sent me what amounts to a "starter pack" that reduces my dose by 50 to 75%. If I use it at my current dosage, it will last an estimated 6 weeks, instead of the 3 months it is supposed to. I have been messaging about this error for a few days and, so far, have gotten nowhere.

Communication with them is bad. It took almost two months for anyone to reply to my messages. Also every time I tried to contact someone page not found.

The prices are good. It will take a long time to get your meds but they are some of the best prices. HOWEVER, like many of the other reviews, their customer service is horrid. No one responds, their answers are not helpful, and there is zero effort to improve their customer service. I use them for the price and then get support elsewhere.

This place is really lacking on the communication front. Similar to other reviews I️ cannot get in contact with my medical care staff. It is unbelievable how unresponsive they are. You prescribe someone medicine and then you never hear from them again. That’s an insane way to run a practice. Even when confronted they’re evasive with answering questions directly. Chatgpt could do a better job. My advice is to shop elsewhere
