Don't Waste Your Money. Scammers. I believe I want sent a very diluted prescription. Medication did not work. Switched to another provider for the same medication and weight came off. Bioverse takes your money but then dissappears. When I had questions, they just wouldn't answer. Called number, emailed but nothing. Lost about $500. Scammers!!!

Their customer service is nonexistent. You can call but nobody is on the phones. It goes to voicemail and nobody listens or returns the calls. The emails are equally unmonitored. They take your money but never the right amount. Then they convert you to monthly billing without notice at a 80% markup. You can’t unwind the transactions and sometimes you don’t even get product. Avoid at all costs.

They continue to charge even after a written email to cancel my fee.

This website is a fraud. Very misleading. They say that you can start weight loss for $39 without informing it’s just membership and it doesn’t include the medication. Then they want to increase the membership. You have to pay separately for the medication. They make you pay for the membership first before you even can see the price of the medications, and then when you see the price of the medication, that is pretty expensive and you realize you’re not interested in that, but you already paid for the service which is impossible to cancel. Very misleading just waste of time and money that you have to go through the loops to get them back and their product is not FDA approved not even close and dangerous. There’s multiple companies about them

Zero stars. I have been requesting a document for 78 days. I lost a job opportunity because my deadline for submission was not met. I have asked for communication with MDs and supervisors and all I get are blanketed responses from the care coordination team who lies repeatedly. EDITED at day 91: finally got a poor version of a form that I could edit myself and not print. Seems par for the overall bad experience - ethics, professionalism, customer service are lacking. It took a full quarter to get a shady document created by someone in April and signed in July. This business is awful.

SCAM! HIGHLY disappointed with this company. Buyers, beware. After signing in to portal and following instructions just to get pricing info, I was inadvertantly signing up for a BS "membership" of $135 a month, and also some other type of fee- they refuse to refund my $309. I received NOTHING for this money- this company SCAMS people.

Bioverse had great service the first year I used them (2024-2025) Since then, it has been progressively downhill. Products do not arrive on time, or AT ALL. Orders & shipping on time are a joke. Current order is 3 months behind. Zero follow up from the company, every time I follow up, I am given a canned response “of we’re looking into this, thank you for your patience. We’re waiting to hear back from the pharmacy.” the pharmacies being used currently are a racket - the last portion of my order arrived hot, with melted ice packs,and was incomplete . I was assured this was “ totally normal for up to 72 hours…It’s still OK”. Well, it isn’t, it burns on injection and I stopped using it. Do not bother to waste your time or your money here, they’ve lost their previous care for patients and has obviously sunken to finding cheap, low rent, compounding pharmacies, and are all about taking your money . This company has become terrible for customer service and patient care.

I would give zero stars right now.If I could. I signed up for the 12 month plan. I paid $2000 up front and I've only received 3 months worth of treatment. I am now seven weeks past the shipment of the second 3 months. Talk to somebody different every time. Nothing gets solved if I don't get satisfaction. Soon. I am gonna file a class action lawsuit against this company. Seems like you people have ripped off a lot of people.
