Says you get the meds for $39 so you go through the usual questionnaire, then it asks for payment before it tells you what you qualify for. So yoh make your $39 payment and then click next and it tells you your medication starts at $199 a month. False Advertising and Bait and switch tactics. Then they are refusing to refund my$39 saying its a non refundable membership fee. I paid for medication, I don't need membership into anything. SCAM!!!!!

I recently started my weight loss journey with Bioverse. They are always ready to communicate and answer all my questions. They are also way more cheaper than other places. In just a month and a half I already lost 7 lbs and loving it. Thanks.

The company is helpful

When I received my medication it wasn't cold so I've been kind of leery of using it. I'm not sure if I should or not. I have not heard anything from Bioverse either. The communication isn't easy. I was hoping to reach out at the check in I was advised would be happening, but I've not received that either. It's really a bummer because I LOVE the price and I really wanted Bioverse to work for me!

I loved the fact that customer service was quick to communicate when I had a concern. I wasn’t happy with the initial communication on what was expected from me throughout the process. It was very confusing. While I received quick responses I got different answers to the same questions. During my 6 month trial I had 2 of my 3 vials short on medication. This drastically affected my results. Because of this I will be choosing another provider for the future.

I just completed the first three months of the program with great success. In that time, I’ve messaged multiple times with questions about dosage changes or side effects and have received prompt and professional responses. I feel like my providers are knowledgeable and understand my goals, which makes me feel like I might actually achieve them. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience and have recommended Bioverse to family and friends. I hope I never need their service again, but if I do I will be coming back here.

Everything was smooth, they're incredibly much cheaper and customer service is wonderful

I've been doing great with my medication. I was very worried that I would be sick but I wasn't. I'm losing weight yay 😀
