Go2bank cost satisfactory great money transfer each user friendly application I'd recommend customer support.

If I could give them a 0, I would, they ask you to refer a friend and you and them will get $50, that doesn't happen...when you call them , noone can tell you nothing, they just use the customer to get more people to scam...I also opt in for the overdraft protection...they suspended my account until the new cycle, which started on yesterday...My Overdraft protection is still suspended, saying it has to go under review....Why the hell you offer the feature...I get about $1200 biweekly, and your damn money is there when I overdraft..Why offer things that y'all can't honor... LEGALIZED SCAMMERS..Please don't bother with these folks.. I'm glad that I haven't gone through some of the things I see on this Review platform...Go2bank is reckless

This is the worst bank in the world. How do you control my funds? Go 2 bank huh? Bank should be called Go 2 Hell. They must not be stationed in the US or something cuz this bank should be illegal. They said the “atm withdrawal” limit is $500 I couldn’t even get $380. I was waiting for someone to say I was getting pranked cuz this is some foolery

You absolutely HAVE to give your social security number, and all other personal information JUST to activate the card and use it. If I knew this before purchasing I wouldn't have bought it. Customer service is completely not understandable.

HORRIBLE, TERRIBLE, CRAP! ENOUGH SAID? SCAM ADD THAT!! Thank God I only put 20.00 on it to get it going then I was going to link my bank. Well 1-charged 5.00 activation fee 2-told system error after the funds are used on the card it will be terminated 3-daughter went to use it and declined 4- called customer service for the 5th time and now says they will just issue me a refund check for 15.00 since it was activated but ya know it does not work. finally said keep the 5.00 just give me the 15.00 so we shall see if I get the damn check!!

I would give 0 stars. GO2 Bank is a scam. Please do not purchase this card from Walgreens or anywhere else. I’m disgusted that Walgreens are selling these cards and they’re scamming people out of their monies and you can’t recover what is lost. I put $138 dollars on a prepaid card I purchased from Walgreens. I couldn’t activate the card at all. I was instructed by customer service to send a copy of the front/back of the card, along with receipts. They sent me an email back, saying they can’t refund my money because I sent the information to a recipient. Never sent the info to anyone but them. Now I can’t get my money back & be he can’t prove or tell me who the recipient was??!! I reported them to the better business bureaus, nothing! Please do not use this company, you will lose your money… just read the reviews before purchasing.
