Do not ues this bank I got money sent and it never hit my account..and Noone can tell me anything and I got the tracking number...Do not open a account with them

If I could rate minus stars I would. Called 4 times in one day trying to activate MY CARD with MY MONEY on it. My husband bought the cards as we were headed to a funeral across country and didn’t want to carry cash. You can only load $599 per card so he bought multiple and for each card you need a separate email and phone number to activate it. Stupidest thing I may have ever heard. Couldn’t understand the reps when I called and they were extremely rude and unhelpful AND the 3rd rep I talked to (who I also couldn’t understand)hung up on me!!! Said I was being abusive because I said a swear word but not directed at him. What a joke I’m trying to get to my family as we suffered an unimaginable loss and I play phone tag for hours only to get hung up on. Rudest and clueless group of employees I’ve ever talked too. I had to explain I was trying to get out of town to a funeral for my nephew and alls they kept repeating was “I understand” when that’s about as far from the truth as possible

Just as everyone before me has stated, these guys are crooks! Zero customer service, and the people you chat with to solve problems, just disconnect on you. Put your money in a coffee can under your mattress!! It’s much safer!! They don’t want to rectify anything with anyone.

No stars ok this bank is not a place to put your money. If your card is ever stolen and you get a bunch of money stolen from you don't think about getting it back not for this big they are crooks they have to dye the same dispute four times because the person taking down information doesn't know how to listen and they have the wrong information and then on top of that they don't even wait for you to send your stuff in you have like 10 days to send it in they don't even wait they just deny you did you die you no matter what these people are crooks they will still your money they will not give it back what's your transfer money in there and you don't have an ATM card with them you can't get to your car your money. You can't send it out you can only send it in

I really don’t want give the one star that I have to give to leave my comment over all I feel like this bank deserves a 0 at this point I can’t access 1of my accounts with them and they are making me have to send in all types of documents just to close the account and get a refund due to the negligence of this bank they have my email under .con instead of .com now I can’t get the emails or access to my account let alone Activate my new card because my old phone number is connected to this account so I can’t receive the 6 digit pin that they are trying to send to access my account This puts me and my family in a financial bind I am very angry and disappointed I work very hard for my money I need my shiiiiiiiiiiiiish now I been waiting 2 weeks forever each time I talk to them it’s 2weeks this 2 weeks that give me my money 😤😠😡🤬
