mobile deposit sucks and the app update is terrible. they need an option to take pics with your camera and upload them. the mobile check capture shuts off after only 5 seconds

I tried to activate my card. After giving them all my private info including my SSN they gonna ask for a pic of my license?? F$ck this scamming ass shizer So I can load money y out meed all that info??? Don’t f$$ing think so!!! What a waste of time!!! I filled out all this info before they sent me the card, they said I’m approved but now I got re submit all the same info and send a pic??? Nope!!! I been scammed before by Avis telling me to send a pic of my id then they could access my other bank account so I had to cancel all my cards cause of BS like this!!! DO NOT GET THIS CARD!!!!

I purchased a debit card came home to register it and it said it was invalid so I called cs and they basically told me that it was already registered and funds were used already now it’s being investigated and takes up to two weeks. The only person I gave my card number to was one of their agents. Nobody used the card because I opened it out of the package. I advise everyone to stay away. Greendot is over this banking company and I will never buy anything go2 or greendot again.

The ONLY plus is I can pay to load it within walking distance, but the list of annoyances is ad nauseam! Too many fees, customer service is incompetent, pending transaction took literally TWO WEEKS to fall off after the merchant released it in hours! Useless... Go with NetSpend!

This bank is a joke! They don't help you and charge to use your card any where. When making a ebay purchase they permintly locked my card and when I read on how to unlock they said call. I did nope! Forget that! They won't unlock it now my money is stuck and they said they would send a refund check and nothing! They are scammers nothing more but out to get your money. But because of this now I have no money for gas ect. It's a bullsh*t company. They couldn't even tell me where in their contact says I can't buy from ebay. The BBB (Better Business Bureau) needs to do something about them and soon.

When I’m vacation to Puerto Rico, call customer service spoke to Indian lady and was told by the Indian lady the Puerto Rico is not part of the United States. I recorded the whole conversation. You can listen to it in YouTube on the Posantiago see how these people are dumb. Please teach these people they are dumb not educated.

This (bank) is no doubt run from some non American person's basement!!!!! Very thick accent! Very scripted response. Not helpful at all Have my child support and is unwilling to give me my money!!!!! Run around, run around, run around! Do not give this bank your money!!!!
