Never again. go2bank is trash. Bought the pre paid card it the package says the card can be used immediately after purchase just activate the card on web or app. BS It would not let me activate the card till the next day. Then after I go thru all the Account set up it tells me my info cant be verified and i wont be able to use all the SERVICES of the card, no atm, no cash back, cant add money to the card, cant transfer cant, cant, cant, so its as a gift card that needed my ssn and life story to activate. ANGRY. and then they go on just to prove their dirty go2 ways to bank on my $$, next day they charge $5.00 for monthly service fee. what the....what service? they denied me all the services just 3 days ago. Absolutely GO2TRASH. AVOID.

Worst banking ever!!!immediately charged a 5 dollar monthly bank fee causing me to have my last 15 dollars trapped in the account due to only being able to withdraw 20 dollar amounts customer service is a joke he barely spoke english

I started a “chat” with an agent throughly the app because you can’t physically talk to anyone on the app phone! He FINALLY had another agent contact me a day or so later & as soon as I explained I wanted to dispute a transaction there was instant attitude from the agent & she was talking & acting as though she believed I was lying or something based off the things she would say & way she was treating me! Just because I called to “dispute” something I didn’t recognize! Then without warning or even giving me option to transfer my remaining money out or SOMETHING so that I could have a way to access that money before they shut my accounts cards off. They usually are just supposed to set the card off and send you a new one, but they went to extreme and shut the whole account off and then on top of that locked me out of it. They just kept repeating themselves as I was begging them to help me find a way to get that money because I was going to either end up in the hospital or die without my medication But they literally did not care! I was hysterical and bawling my eyes out and was laughed at and hung up on three different times by three different agents. And the attitude was just insane…..Yep Immediately locked my account. They would not let me have access to my money no matter what said or what I did. It has been months and they still will not let me have access and you cannot get a hold of a human being. They are absolute thieves! Over $300.00! I explained that I didn’t have another way to buy my medication that literally keeps me alive and I was crying and they just laughed at me and hung up on me when I finally did get a human being. That’s not even a half of it but I’m sure you get the point do not bank here. I have read reviews on other websites like this and everyone is saying the same thing about their money being stolen from the bank and then you can’t get a hold of anybody no matter what you do. Terrible terrible bank.

Worst card ever to use or have. They steal money from peoples account. Sue them they are legit thieves.

I have not been able to make a payment in months to their credit card. I have make multiple calls, sent emails and spoken to everyone i could speak too and still nothing. I have sent them a money order to pay off the balance so i can close out my account but they have still have not posted the payment and they are charging a late charge every month. This company is straight crap.

In the last 4 months. These guys have taken $15 dollar overdrawn fees from me. But lookin back at it I have 24 hours to pay back. When I could do that being that I get direct deposit. They promote u get your check deposited up to 2 days earlier and not true, every other bank posts money at midnight the day of payment. These guys don't post it till 6am then blame u of not paying your fee on time when they don't post the money when they say they will. Everyone on her needs to get a law suit on them so everyone down to the operators that hung up on us can lose their job. Cos yes they hung up on me 3 times. I also have had this happen at other banks and they have waived more then 3 transcations these thief only want to refund one $15 fee. They are thieves and should be put out of business!! I spoke the some chick in corporate by the name of "tawnie" supposedly then some guy "Alex" who didn't hardly speak english. I'm closing the account and going elsewhere damn thieves. I hope to see them go down!!!

You can’t get anyone that speaks English as their first language. Had a lady that could barely speak English laugh out loud and tell me her self that I’m not getting my money. And hung up in my face!!!!!! I’ve been fighting for my own money for weeks now!

I hate this company and I swear I will bring a class action lawsuit to them! I’ve been waiting for access to my money for a month now! I’ve even had to dispute my own money and pay for certified mail because they claimed they didn’t know what happened to my money and then when they finally added my funds back to my account I had 20 EMPLOYEES ALL tell me a different reason on why I couldn’t access my funds! A complete scam and my money came from direct deposit! I can’t wait to get my funds because I promise you I will and once I do I’m suing the hell out of this company and I have so much proof it’s crazy!
