This bank is a joke. Do NOT waste your time and money. They charge you to use your own money whether using apps like Venmo, ATMs, or even bank tellers! Customer service will "I am sorry for the inconvenience" you to death. They will not do ANYTHING to help solve the above issues. DO NOT USE THIS BANK for anything other than the high yield savings. Even then, be aware that you cannot move your money easily.

Can ANYONE tell me what government agency monitors go2bank to allow this bank to rip off American consumers and why haven't they shut them down from the banking institution this bank and their untrained customer service representatives that's some where in the south Pacific has been in operation long enough it's way over due GO2BANK.COM NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY AND BE UNDER A FEDERAL INVESTIGATION WHERE IS OUR GOVERNMENT TO PROTECT THE COSUMER.

My mom had rush card but they are not taking prepaid anymore and my mom still had time to activate but the lady didn’t listen and close her account without her permission and started to rudely yelling at my mother and my mother yelled right back and said I’m going to another bank switch she did. Don’t put your money on this card nor apply to them. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

🚨🚨🚨‼️ If you are considering using go2bank please don’t! This has been the worst experience EVER! They locked my account due to suspected fraudulent activity without texting/calling to verify if it was me making the transactions. Then I had to call and was told to submit by identification card. After submission I was advised to allow two business days for review. That was over two weeks ago. I have to constantly call them for them to make up any and every excuse, the photo was cropped, etc. They don’t follow up. All representatives sound like robots repeating the same thing no matter what you’re saying, “Sorry for the inconvenience, please allow 2 business days for review”. At this point I believe that they are trying to hold my funds. They don’t prioritize their customers. This company is an entire SCAM! Very FRAUDULENT, please be advised!

230.00 just disappeared from my account I've went over the situation with several agents and they see my money is missing yet they keep giving me the run around. The agents are playing on the phone purposely causing these issues. Then they laugh when you call back very unprofessional. They keep saying it's being Investigated but I don't understand what's taking them so long to investigate themselves. I also have several double charges that they say I have to dispute,again I'm not understanding why I have to file a dispute this when they can clearly see the double charges. Now when I call I'm being screened and left on hold for a hour then soon as someone answers the phone mysteriously disconnects. I don't give this company any stars they'll be history within a year

Don't know how these people gotten my name and address. They sent me a card and Stuff. I never heard of this bank so I had to look them up and reviews. Thanks God I checked. Y'all saved me from scammers scamming me.
