You take peoples money but dont put it on there card. Dont use this card.

Got a card from the store, never got to register it online, money was authorized at the time of transaction, called all day and spoke to numerous people telling me that a brand new card can not be registered online, I spoke with a supervisor that told me that it can’t be registered, went to the storeto make sure it wasn’t a system issue, it wasn’t.. so therefore I have 216.00 missing and they have it But the online way to register the card said they are having technical difficulties, then it changes to we can not register your card..I told them I was getting a lawyer, calling the police and reporting my money stolen, and telling every store that sells these cards to take them off the shelf cuz they are a scam.. I’m still fighting to find my money..

These guys are thieves they lock your card for no reason then hold your money eventually stealing it. Stay away from this bank they are crooks.

This bank doesn’t have its customers best interests. There’s no real customer support the call center agent can’t help in anyway when it comes to legitimate refunds from a vendor. I will definitely terminate my direct deposits as well highly advise anyone do not use this bank services they don’t protect their clients hard earned money

Unbelievable thieves. Locked my account PERMANENTLY for no reason. They said they aren't required to give a reason except for "suspicious activity". Spent nearly 2 weeks getting the run around. $700 GONE, effectively stolen. Use Cashapp or Venmo or Sofi or Ally. ANYONE other than these criminals.

WE NEEDBTO FILE A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT BECAUSE THEY ARE STEELING PEOPLES MONEY! SAME CRAP HAPPENED TO ME WITH $15,000.

I purchased a Go2 bank card in July 2022. I loaded $325.00 onto the card. I was not able to activate the card. Subsequently someone named Jackie Cooper stole the funds off my card. Go2 Bank states you must activate the card. How can you activate a card that WONT LET IT BE ACTIVATED? I filed a police report and have video of PROOF OF ME PURCHASING THE CARD. THE CARD AND RECEIPT, BUT YET THEY ARE REFUSING TO GIVE BACK MY MONEY. THEY ARE THE SCAMMERS ALONG WITH THE SCAMMERS. REPORTING THEM TO THE FTC, THE FDIC, THE CFPB, THE BBB, DOES NOTHING. THEY SHOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS. THEY LIE ABOUT THEIR OWN POLICIES AND ACTIONS. THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU YOUR MONIES.

I rated it with 1 star because it wouldn't let me proceed unless I gave it something. They are a joke but not a funny joke because they are making a lot of money off of us. I live in a very small town (No stoplights) where the only way I can receive mail is at a PO Box. no exceptions. I received my card at my PO Box. They tell you what you can & cannot use your card on. Every time I would attempt to use my card, I would have to call to verify it was me using my card. SERIOUSLY! EVERY TIME! It didn't take long before they shut me down, because my card was compromised. I didn't ask for a replacement because I was done with the BS. Now I can't get a refund on my money because the say "We do not deliver via PO Boxes", never have never will no exceptions! I don't like being ripped off and I don't like being called a liar!
