I am on a fixed income and unfortunately I had my government checks direct deposited into GO2 Bank because I liked getting paid early and the overdraft protection would help I thought. I ended up homeless a few months ago and had to pay deposits to stay in hotel rooms quite often. After I would check out GO2 Bank would hould hold my deposits from the hotels for almost 2 weeks. Sometimes it would be two at a time. In the meantime my bills were coming in and I had to use the overdraft to cover them. Of course they did not like that and kept suspending my overdraft which I understood. This month in a weeks time I was still waiting for a pending deposit to drop off from last month and I was able to an extra deposit. All of it was taken in fees. I was charged ten $15 fees in one week. Some were 3 in one day and I am still overdrawn and my overdraft is suspended. It was as if I never deposited any money into my account. I can no longer hsve my check go to them. I will have to find another bank because G02 Bank is so greedy and does not care about its customers.

I have had a great experience with go 2 until 06/28 /23 I just got paid and it was about 3pm afternoon and I always transfer monet to cashapp and I transfer 400 only and it no sooner hit and it was gone and the rest of my money was they left me16i should have said my phones were stolen 3 and tablet and whoever got my information off of them I don't blame the for that but I tried callinggi2 to help me get in to my acct to chang phone number but they can't they said we're not allowed to make change we'll the said go to app and change it thereafter mind you google would not let me keep my email so here I am with new phone number and email address and I have a new bank card I have to acctivat so where dose that leavel me. stillnot in my acct I have tried every thingmy point isthat 1190.00 just went poof I'm 63 and starting overilost my mom so I mean I live off that money have no savings that means I count on that ijust think some times there should be exceptions to rules they are made to be broken for a good reason not jut because its me but because I don't want any body else to go through what I have beenthrou g I really need my money and ineed to see what has been taken out of my acct I don't no unless I see what going on my self icant make w dispute thank you for this and I hope it does some good overall they are a good institution thank you

Too many fees, and takes nearly 2 weeks for a transaction to fall off even when merchant released hours after. Bad business charging people to transfer money in and not allowing them to transfer out. Duh, you should charge to go out, not in! That's helping you when we put money in. Also, why do I have to pay twice at an ATM? They charge as well as the store, absurd! They are ripping people off, so enjoy the 17 cents left because that's all you're getting from me!

Biggest fraud. Never use them, I deposited my money now I can’t get my money back . They keep telling me wait 1 hour or 2 hours and the same issue . They are saying their E wallet has been having an issue .

go 2 locked my account 31 days ago and refuses to give me my balance of 16k. I've sent in verification of who I am and they said it did not pass...it was a valid license. The people at Go2 customer service tell you whatever they think will appease you at the time. Just enough to get you off the line and they can lie to some more customers. they have drug me along for 55 days now with no date as to when my 16 thousand dollars will be available! I call 2 to 3 times a day and everyone tells me something else im supposed to do to be able to access my funds but in retrospect it s a dead end and it takes you all day to contact who the say you must contact. I am the one that called the service center and told them i LOST my card, it is not fraud, that i had made all the purchases. They then tell me until i contact the IRS and ask them to put a reversal on my funds that the IRS gave to me in the first place...nuts that iscenter has given me 4 different numbers for the IRS and you never get to talk to areal person at the service ervice desk! i have been persistant so then i call back madder than hell and i get directed to CUSTOMER SERVICE GO 2 BANK AND TBG PRODUCTS ALL WORK IN UNISON TOGETHER YET THEY HELD ME UP FOR 4 WEEKS SAYING THE 45K INNICAL DEPOSIT WAS FRAUD AND HAD TO DO WITH THE TGB people who are the 3rd party thru IRS in depositing, so i called TGB products and find out they are in a way all working together. i ask her about thatreversal and it does not happen words from the IRS once the funds hit an the instution they are no longer ours to do anything with! slap my face!! this nonscense has to stop. so now im going to have to hire an attoreny 5k to get my own money back! what a joke they have nobody to let me talk too. and no answer

This damn institution is a scam and no one tells you what really happened to your money.... I wish they would fight me!!!! I'm that angry. Please someone get them stealing like this should be stopped but it's not happening to the rich no one cares

GO2Bank, owned by Green Dot Corporation has permanently locked my account and refuse to refund my money and refuse access to account. They were once known as GOBank (owned by Green Dot Corp)and lost a multi million dollar class action law suit for same business practices they are using as GO2Bank! They have learned nothing from their court loss, other to change their name??!! After 5 times sending requested documents they have denied me my funds. Each time it is a different reason and their non English speaking representatives do not even know their company policies! I have obtained an attorney and am currently suing them, I have filed a complaint with the BBB and filed a complaint with the Attorney General and DOJ. I suggest anyone experiencing the same situation as myself, seek legal remedy!!

I received a voided transaction from cashapp onto my go2bank and its been a month I never received my money back $600 and I know for a FACT that cashapp refunded me my money DO NOT BANK WITH THIS BANK YOU WILL REGRET IT!! Also What is the point of being able to overdraft when they charge you 17 plus dollars every day to do so
