I opened an account about 5 weeks ago . Was receiving my paychecks and using my card for purchases like the account is intended for. Suddenly out of nowhere I can’t add cash to my account. It didn’t make sense so I try to log in and I’m told my account was permanently closed. I call customer support and I was told that I can’t reopen it and it was closed because of unusual activity. They won’t tell me what this activity was . I can guarantee there was no unusual activity unless receiving paychecks and buying gas and groceries is unusual. I had a hard time getting a customer service agent that didn’t have the call drop or get muted or hang up on me as well. I’ve never had such a bad experience with a bank. I also couldn’t transfer money to another account because they have these limits that are ridiculous. I transferred a couple times and then that feature was disabled because I was at the max times / limit allowed . The only good /nice thing I can say about them is that the customer service reps that did stay on the line with me were friendly. Other than that I say beware

They sent me a card in the mail, but I have no relationship with this bank. When I tried to call them (using a number I found on their website, not the number on the back of the card) I discovered there is no way to talk to a human. It's all automated. Even their online chat system requires me to enter either the number on the card that I don't want or my SSN. It seems there is no way to call to make sure someone hasn't opened an account in my name. Total scam!

Absolutly terrible. Cant access my account as the system doesnt like my card or SS entry, though its correct. System hangs up on you, by design. There is no option to get to a person without satisfying this parameter. F***ing scam.

i lost my card and they finally sent a new one but linked it to the wrong account . my card kept getting declined . after checking i found out it was the wrong account .i was on vacation with my kids so i call customer service and first they hang up on me i call back and explain to them what they did and i want it fixed , all i get was a phone number which i cant call cuz the card and account dont match . so i spend two days trying to get this fixed and the final result was call back during business hours . meanwhile im stuck out on the road with my kids cant get a room and cant feed them for two days now. i will prolly get fired from my job also. they wouldnt even connect me to the 24 hr customer service . the worst service ive ever had after years

a. They are utterly uncompetitive compared to Chime, One, etc. b. They charge a ridiculous fee every time you put money on the card, no matter how little. c. They charge you monthly even if you do not use the card. YOU CAN DO WAY BETTER. As I'm trying to chat with their NON customer service I am taking the time they are keeping me waiting pretending they don't understand what the message I NEED TO CANCEL NOW means. It's abysmal.. GO ELSEWHERE. Everyone else does a better job than these people,

If I could give no stars, I would give negative stars. Go2Bank not only had $1,000 taken from my husband's account, they locked the savings and checking accounts so that we cannot take out or deposit any money. All the while they continue to debit $25 late fee for not making the monthly auto deposits, which we cannot make because the accounts are locked. We have sent request and made calls to the Fraud department and to the administrative offices to close the accounts and withdraw the little remaining money in the account and each time they have a different reason why we have to wait one month, three months, six months before any action can be taken. This is having a direct impact on my husband's credit. IMPORTANT: Check your credit folks to see if any of Go2Bank's actions are impacting your credit! This situation began December 23, 2023 and continues to this day (April 26, 2024).

Go2 bank allowed my money to be stolen from a card with no chip to then lie and say cards without a chip couldn’t be used for atm withdrawals it’s now been weeks in weeks with not any the slightest update I’ve been told to wait 48 hrs 6 different times so far this bank needs to be shut down immediately there a fraud who lies and every inconvenience
