They have 409 dollars of my unemployment that was sent to them over 2 yrs ago and still wnt give me my money. And they keep telling me to contact my unemployment office to get my money.

If i could give less than 1 star I would. Try losing your card, calling their # or chatting with their people. No matter what you do, you're not speaking to anyone. Its a rip off don't use them

This card steals your money and then they blame it on the customer. My account was over draft and you’re supposedly have 24 hours to cover your overdraft. Since I’ve had this card I’ve been charged over draft fees before the 24 hours. And when I called they hardly can speak English and they say they will fix the problem but never do. They are rude and hang up in your face. I’m so tired of this company. This company steals your money and then tell you basically it’s your fault. This company has rules that they don’t even follow

Worst of the worst! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I will be closing the account. I’ve been cashing checks, via mobile app, I have been working for the same company for years, cashing the same check amount, but they won’t cash them half the time. They truly don’t care about people. Save yourself the trouble. Find another company.

Thanks I’ve ever banked with absolutely horrible customer service and there’s always an issue either. I can’t get into my account or I can’t make a purchase with a common store such as Walmart or target because they see it as fraudulent activity but yet fraudulent activity slide and not even properly give you a refund or research, then have the nerve to have a limit on the money that you can spend anytime I have issues they never have an answer for me. They always tell me my accounts OK but yet I’m not able to make purchases all these businesses do is scam you right down to the damn banks your best going and getting an actual bank legitimately nothing online Because they’re all full of crap. I’ve been with them for almost 5 years and the issues are only getting worse. Time to move on. They are plenty of other banks that help me get paid two days earlier.

I purchased a prepaid card from CVS and be I used it I were scam of $450 dollars I call customer service and reported it they asked me to upload my driver's license front and back and proof of address and the receipt were I purchased the go2bank card now they not trying to give me my refund I'm going to take matter to the fullest to the internal general office

I wish I could give them negative 5 stars. They are horrible. File a dispute you'll get scammed out ya money because they won't give it back. Have you waiting 7-10 business days for a new card and still don't get your money back. Frauds and nothing but foreign people in customer service. They'll repeat their rehearsed lines as if they care or trying to help liesss. I made 2 disputes and my last one my purse was stolen in the club and they made 305$ worth of charges and overdraft my account. And I sent in the forms just to get an email 6 days later being denied. Those transactions were made in Chicago I'm in Norcross, Ga wth!!!!! I need to find another bank ASAP.

I got a card from a local 7-11 the card was declined so I called them they transferred me from one department to another for almost 3 hours and then told me I could only use the card online I need my money back
