I received my government benefits April 1, 2024. I had made a couple purchases that day. Later I checked my account and $900.00 was GONE. I immediately called C/S. Went through filling out fraud paperwork just for them to tell me it wasn't fraud. GO2Bank are thieves. They stoled my $900 and gonna lie and say it wasn't fraud. I'm the only person that uses my card. I had my card with me the whole entire time. I didn't make these ATM withdrawls. If i didn't take the money then who did. There is no FRAUD PROTECTION WITH GO2BANK. IT'S ALL A BOLD FACE LIE FROM THE PITS OF HELL. YOU WILL REGRET IT IF YOU EVER BANK WITH THEM.

If I could give this a big fat 0 I would. The worst b******* customer service. My sister stole my card w my info stole 800$ of my 1st paycheck and 2nd direct deposits I even have the routing number from my work to resolve this. No Human beings without the card # there is absolutely no help for me I'm so upset I need my money they r FDIC insured. This is an awful card all around.

I misplaced / or lost my card. but i dont like that unlikee most apps you can still go in and see you card info or they will give you a virtual card to use in the meantime. The chat agents are all very apologetic, how ever that doesnt help.

Worst bank ever hard to get your money out hard to get a replacement card customer service almost non existence. I dont know how many times i have been hung up on and the chat disconnected in mid conversation and dont even try to get a supervisor its close to impossible beware

My ss account was hacked and my money was sent to this bank. They refuse to return it to ss. I never rerouted my check. This bank is a scam and they need to return it.

I have never done any business with Go2 Bank! They are trying something fraudulent! They sent a card to my address but it does not even have my name on it! That is pretty it says none has used my identity! No kidding because you can't get my name right!But Congratulations have been selected to enjoy the ultimate mobile bank account and Visa debit card! Well I never asked and you can't even spell my name right! This is not right?

First thing is to robbing customers. Why is this institution still in existence? Green Dot Bank needs to be regarded as a failed bank as well. Thousands of people have been affected financially because of both institutions. A lot of corruption between the two!!!!!

This bank keeps emailing me but I do not have an account with them or never did and I don't even live in the states
