I received the mask weeks after i ordered and it did not work. I emailed, I was told to use a different cord to charge still didn't work. Ten emails and five videos and pictures. They take days to respond ask for more videos. I have ask for a refund. And still another video request. This company sells defective products and has the poorest customer service ever! Don't buy their products. There are better products out there

I have not received any product yet but I do have to say that I talked to Rick who was a customer support agent and this man has his stuff together he had every detail absolutely correct. I also did a reorder and he did not get one thing mixed up or messed up I had one price that was a mess up but it was already refunded back to my account and I just want everybody to know that if you have any problems at all ask to talk to Rick he really does do a excellent job I will be coming back and let you know what I think about the product if the product is as good as the support staff we should have no problems at all thank you

Your company policy is unethical. If I didn’t like the product I could return no questions asked for a full refund. But because I received the package and it doesn’t work, I’m forced to make a video. It’s deplorable. I will post this on your comment page. Disgusting. Never do business with Glokore. UPDATE; I WAS REFUNDED 100% OF PURCHASE PRICE. THANK YOU

We’re very sorry to hear about your frustration. At GloKore, our goal is never to make the return process difficult but to ensure we fully understand and resolve any product issues. The request for a short video is simply part of our quality control process so we can identify defects, prevent future issues, and process replacements or refunds more quickly. We truly value your feedback and regret that this has caused you such a negative impression. Please know that our customer service team will reach out to assist you in resolving this matter to your satisfaction. We want to make this right and ensure you feel supported.
