Love these products! Although sometimes the shipping takes longer, that wouldn’t be something the company can control. Anytime I have had a problem (like paying duties on the items or broken items) I have had responses from customer service within 24 hours! The last time my water pitcher was in many small pieces. I had a replacement within 2 weeks! Love getting these surprises!!

This company has lovely items and the worst customer service I have ever encountered! As many others have posted, I placed orders in October for Christmas gifts totaling over $750 that was immediately charged and didn’t receive anything until January. I received some of what I ordered, some things I didnt order but got charged for anyway and several of the things I did get were damaged. Some of these items were packed in a way that indicates that they must have been damaged before they were packed in the final box. I had to reshop for Christmas because nothing came in time to gift them. I have communicated to them with my complaints several times including pictures and have received No satisfaction. I have put my account on hold but I will not close it until I either receive reimbursement or replacements. I will continue to barrage every review & social media post I can until this company gets their act together. The objective is on point but this company is either scamming people or so poorly run that they have no business being in business! Don’t even try to reply saying it has been fixed because it hasn’t and Im out hundreds of dollars because of them. Don’t buy anything from them. There are plenty of other organizations that really support artisans and their customers. Disregard Globein Reply - It is a lie. No one has gotten back to me by email or any other way and yes, I have Thoroughly checked my spam.

I had been billed incorrectly for an order, the ordering system added my credit instead of subtracting it. This is the Thank you note I sent the knowledgeable Customer Service Rep that helped me. Thank you for your response, Fiona. I really appreciate your candor and taking the time to "lay it all out for me". It helped me tremendously! I wanted to drop you a quick note telling you how much I appreciate you. I have never, ever, had a Customer Service Rep turn around a request, without excuses or an automated response notification, acknowledging a "hiccup" in an online ordering process, notifying me as quickly as you did with resolution to the problem. I appreciate your quick and thorough research, understanding of your online ordering system and process, prompt response acknowledging the situation, clearly explaining the issue and immediately correcting the problem. You are a "breath of fresh air," in an otherwise difficult situation. You stand out and are a blessing to your field of service and the company you work with. Beautiful glassware! I replaced my stemmed wine glasses and short juice glasses with the beautiful hand blown glassware from Globein. These glasses were the reason I signed up for the account. They are sturdy and artsy.

Most of the products are beautiful. That said, they double charge, charge for items not ordered, do not honor the Free Gift with sign up, items are missing from orders, and worst of all is their customer service. Very slow to respond, then my questions not answered. I have been emailing for a month about an unauthorized charge, they never address my concerns. The poor response to multiple issues is super frustrating. And I have spent a LOT on their products! (Just want my missing and late items as well as a refund for the random unidentified charge!)

I joined Globein in October of 2020 to give me something to look forward to every month during the pandemic, while also helping the creators of these beautiful, handmade products. I was well aware that when I joined there were shipping issues because of many circumstances that I felt were mostly out of the company's control. I patiently waited for my first box and I was not disappointed. Everything I have received so far has exceeded my expectations. I especially fell in love with the glassware. It is absolutely stunning. I have given several items to family members and they all love everything. My sister is a fan of all the different bowls. While, delivery is not always perfect and some items I have received broken, customer service has been great in resolving any issues I may have. The pros far out weigh any cons. I am very happy that I finally made the decision to join and I am looking forward to receiving more beautiful products.

Great cause and items. Love the colours and variety. The boxes are great value. If you don’t want to choose a box you can use the credits to purchase something else. Only had one broken item and they replaced it right away. Have been a member for 7 months. The pandemic caused a few delivery issues but I don’t think it was Globin’s fault. They have been very responsive over the last few months and deliveries are relatively fast.

I have received 2 boxes so far and the items are amazing and I love the card that tells where each item was made and by who with pictures !!
