The products this month, and for the past months, are sub-par, grossly overpriced and not desirable. I’ve been a longtime customer that you have now lost. Speaking of which, why didn’t I get discounts, special codes, or any appreciation for years of being your customer? I see from social media that others are getting advantages. So disappointing because until corporate greed took over and you started selling $0.99 bracelets from Tenu, I believed that you guys were doing something good.

Our products are handmade by artisans from countries around the world, and you can read about each artisan's personal story in the product description. Our items are not mass-produced in factories, which means we sometimes have limited quantities. We also make sure our artisans are paid fairly for their time and artisanal skills, which is why you're not seeing mass-produced pricing on our products. If the current month's choices aren't catching your eye, remember that you can always skip that month or use your Maven Points in our Shop! Regarding discounts, make sure you're signed up for our email list and that your emails are not going to spam. You'll get our best deals and discounts straight to your inbox!
