I order every month by using the Maven program. The products are well-made, but I wish that the sizes were given. I order to save up for Christmas and birthday presents. I had changed from the boxes, because I was getting repeat products, and would rather choose exactly what I want.

I have purchased all surprise boxes, and was impressed with the items in each box.

I love the products that are offered at GlobeIn! They are a great way to support artisans around the world and to discover new and wonderful items for yourself or to gift to others. I have loved everything I have received and while when I first signed up there were some unfortunate delays (all understandable) I have always received my items or a full refund either in credits for other products on their site or onto my card. I have been with them for 18 months or so and I am very happy I signed up and I love having little splashes of items from around the world in my home.

I love the company the product never disappoints. There have been some shipping issues. I have had some missing items that I never received after being promised they will send. Overall I enjoy getting the monthly box.

It took a bit for me to start getting my boxes, I had selected 3 before I ever received any. Contacted customer service and they were very helpful. One box had to be changed because of trouble getting them to the states I guess. I received a box with a cracked mug in it. Customer service was very prompt in answering and giving me maven money equal to the cost of the mug. Enjoy all the products and looked forward to getting the monthly box.

Overall I really love this company. They have been behind on shipping a few times and I have received broken items, but their customer service is always very helpful and usually gets back to me within just a couple of days. And I have never been disappointed with the quality of any of their items!

I love GlobeIn. I have been a member for over a year. Although there have been shipping difficulties, customer service is always quick to help. Every item I have received has been well made and beautiful. The packaging is not always the best, though, so I have received several broken items. Fortunately, customer service is always quick to send a replacement or refund.
