We're in the same situation as the previous reviewer samuel masih, We've had the exact same experience - we supplied goods from the Philippines in 2021 and have never been paid despite numerous attempts over the past 3 years to collect the amount owed. Our products are still up on their website. This is disappointing and damaging to a small social enterprise like ours, especially from a company that claims to support "fair trade" values.

We supplied goods to Globein from 2020 from India but they have not paid us till now and also left us with huge stocks.....all of sudden they changed. Many of the small suppliers from all over the world were destroyed as they did not pay millions of dollar to the suppliers. Our understanding is that they have been taken over by Novica and it is their moral responsibility to pay the old due to the suppliers. The products this month, and for the past months, are sub-par, grossly overpriced and not desirable. I’ve been a longtime customer that you have now lost. Speaking of which, why didn’t I get discounts, special codes, or any appreciation for years of being your customer? I see from social media that others are getting advantages. So disappointing because until corporate greed took over and you started selling $0.99 bracelets from Tenu, I believed that you guys were doing something good.
