Read nothing but negative reviews bout glasses.com but quite the opposite from My experiences!! 2 recent purchases & had them delivered 2 local LensCrafters & quite happy thank U!!! 😎👍

I've used them in the past and they were just ok. Now it's impossible to talk to anyone and it has to be a chat. They don't care to understand any issues and don't help. I got a pair of prescription sunglasses and they came with the wrong lenses. They just kept telling me email them with my invoice but that'll take 48 hrs etc. Nobody helps or gives a crap. They are barely sunglasses, as they are light tinted and not green solid like it states. Now I get a hassle of sending them back. Never again!!!!
